Not what we were expecting

Overall we had a good trip. However we booked the site when it was described as only 1 group on the property and when we arrived 2-3 other large groups were also present. This was not a pleasant experience as we planned to have a quiet and private trip to then not be able to use the range or trails. It was disappointing to all parties I am sure, as camp site placements prevented the trails from being used by ATVs, trails behind the range could not be used as we didnt know when others would be using it, and the range could not be used as others were camping directly next to it and we did not want to impede on their experience.
We likely will not be returning as it appears this location is now open to multiple parties and we originally booked when the description listed it as 1 group per property and we were not informed of the update until we arrived.

We had a great time. The land is fun to explore and the shooting range is a good time. It’s a nice wooded and secluded area to camp. Dean was helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

My brother and I really enjoyed camping out on Dean's property. Driving around the trails, using the range and berm, it was a nice getaway to enjoy some quality time together.
