This area is known as the “Crappie Capital of the World” for its crappie fishing, but it’s also home to many other species like bass, sunfish, and bluegill. There is also a nature center, a wildlife feeding area, and two wildlife viewing towers so you can brush up on your local flora and fauna! Between all the fish to catch and brushes with wildlife to be had, you are probably going to need a few days. Try one of the hundreds of campsites in the park for a sleep under the stars. One thing’s for sure, this place is anything but "crappie".
