Boulder Mountain Resort offers a mix of positive and negative experiences for campers. The facilities, including clean bathrooms and a welcoming hot tub, receive high praise along with the helpful and friendly staff. On the downside, the noise from the nearby highway and train tracks can be a significant drawback for those seeking a peaceful camping experience, particularly for tent campers. While the location is convenient for accessing Revelstoke and offers a range of accommodations from tents to glamping, noise and some service inconsistencies are worth considering.
Great amenities and location .
Easy to locate with helpful staff on arrival.
Wifi (which a international traveller relies on) was a hit and miss dropping in and out but didn’t effect the overall stay by any means
Nice clean place close to town. The showers and bathrooms were very clean. The site had power and sewer. It backed up away from the road so that was nice as well.
Overall the facilities seemed great with lots of cabin options. We tent camped and didn’t find it to be a good location for staying in a tent. The campsites are right off the busy highway which is very loud and in between train tracks which seemed very frequent. All of that to say it was quite noisy in a tent. Additionally the lights for each tent site were very bright and did not have the ability that we could find to dim or turn them off. They unfortunately were shining right on our tent from other sites. Otherwise the facilities were very nice including the communal hot tub.
