This charming log house is situated on a family owned and operated 160-acre forested property with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Take in the serenity of this remote and unique property while enjoying the modern comforts of a freshly furnished home. Constructed in 1984, this beautiful log house was family built with wood sourced directly from the property. All water dispensed inside the log house is pumped directly from a year-round running spring behind the building. You are more than welcome to bottle up some spring water to take home! Our property is the perfect place to unwind and de-stress as you take in the picturesque views and fresh mountain air. Whether you are here to take it easy as a family or get a group of friends together for a celebration, you will feel right at home. Entering the front door at ground level you will find a king bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and large living/dining area with access to the rear patio. There is a staircase leading upstairs to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and another bedroom which sleeps 3 with a bathroom just outside. The basement hosts an entertainment area with satellite TV (option for HDMI input), foosball table, board games and a beautiful 10 x 10 ft leather couch. There is also another bedroom with a queen bed and a backup single mattress which can be laid out. Let the kids loose outside in the large garden area. There will be some sporting equipment for guest use but feel free to bring your own. Go on a hike through the forest or relax on the deck by the pool and hot tub. End the night with some smores around the fire pit (weather and season permitting). We also have miles upon miles of trails that go all over the mountain, that you can access directly from the property. Ideal for ATVs or side-by-sides. You should receive nothing short of a five-star experience when staying at our property.
