Cottage-Waters is a countryside touring park at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, for adults only over the age of 18 . Just ten minutes from the coast. Being just a couple of minutes from the A52, the site is also well-located for exploring the rest of Lincolnshire. There are large grass pitches for caravans and motorhomes, each with a 16 amp metered electric hook point pay as you go ,payable onsite. or go green and use your own solar panels .
Please note, there are no toilet and shower facilities onsite. The site no longer offers fishing.
There is plenty of wildlife and peace and quiet on offer, with dogs more than welcome too.
Peaceful, adult only touring site - dogs welcome with a pet friendly pub five minutes away!
Just ten minutes from Chapel Saint Leonards, Anderby creek and the coast, 15 minutes from Huttoft Beach

If you're looking for a getaway without the kids or just a more relaxed destination, then this spot in Lincolnshire may be the place for you. Having previously scooped up the commended award for Best Couple's Campsite in the East Midlands, it has loyal regulars who return year after year.
The site is home to just 16 grass pitches, each with a 16 amp electric hook up which is metered and payable onsite. Each pitch welcomes both caravans and motorhomes, with plenty of space so you are not overlooked.
Whether you prefer to explore the countryside or local towns and places, there's guaranteed to be somewhere perfect for you. Look across the fields in any direction and you will be rewarded with superb views, great for wildlife spotting and plenty of bird song.
Within a 25 minute drive you can reach Skegness, Mablethorpe, and Chapel St Leonards with their beautiful, sandy Blue Flag beaches. For outdoorsy adventures, it's only a ten minute drive to the beautiful Wolds.
For evenings in the open, BBQs are welcome, as long as they are raised from the ground. Please note, campfires are prohibited.
Up to two dogs per pitch are also welcome any more please ask. There is even a 3/4 acre dog walk where your furry friends are able to run free. at the moment this is not fenced of so its good for dogs with a good recall.
