Lovely quiet area with great views of the countryside and seeing herd of deer in the field opposite. Good easy location to get to.

We had a great few days camping at Dave’s. It was peaceful and quiet which was perfect for us with 3 children and 7 dogs! The facilities were basic but clean. A washing up station would be a great addition but we managed fine with the toilet and shower block. Dave was responsive and helpful when we contacted him but also gave us space to do as we pleased. Would definitely come back again. Massive thanks from all of us 👍

Basic camping

I liked this place, but I will say, it is very basic. It's a farmer's spare field with a toilet block. On the plus side, it was very quiet (I don't think it ever gets busy) and it has a lovely view. The location is great for the beaches. It has flushing toilets and a shower (didn't try the shower). We met the farmer and he was lovely. I was expecting maybe a bit more, we camp a fair bit, and have been to everything from glamping sites to, well, this. If you are good with basic then you will love it.

We loved camping here. It was peaceful and quiet, had all the amenities needed including a shower which was really nice. Dave was really kind and helpful and has a lovely dog who made friends with our Newfoundland. Logs provided if you want a fire. Great location. All in all, fantastic camping, good value for money and we will be back.
