Roskilly Camping
Really nice campsite, good spacious field with shade if required. Epic spot to be so close to their ice cream and local walks. Really nice facilities.

Roskilly Camping
Stayed on this site last Saturday evening in our Campervan.
Lovely site, with clean facilities.
We saw all their animals which are just next to the field.
Across the road is the farm with a restaurant, bar, take away pizza/burgers and of course, their own ice cream. We stayed and had pizza and steak and chips (and a couple of beers!) and then got an ice cream for the walk back to the camper.
The only shame was that we were only staying one night, we ran out of time to explore the walks on the farm.
Thank you for a wonderful stay

Best place when visiting Lizard!
We loved staying at this camping during our on the road in Cornwall! The field for motorhome is big enough to have your own privacy and also a picnic table. Toilet and shower very clean + a very useful outdoor kitchen area. The gem of this place is the surrounding area though: animals of the farm, very close to the coast, an incredible restaurant with amazing food (the pizza was so - word of Italians) and the general atmosphere just so nice. Here you can also taste the famous Roskilly's ice cream right where it all started, we loved it - do not miss it. Definitely the best place to stay when visiting the Lizard peninsula.

Nice to visit if it's quiet
We really enjoyed our stay at Roskilly. The farm is a wonderful place to visit, we rocked up on Thursday night to a live band, lovely food and a nice cool beer for the belly! It has cute animals and there is a cracking beach a short romp away. The camping side of things is however very basic. It's a field, which had more nettles than you'd like, with a festival style block of toilets/showers and a separate tent with limited communal facilities for washing pots, a kettle and a freezer. It was super quiet while we were there though which we enjoyed, with no more than 2/3 other campers around us, and the facilities were kept clean and tidy through our visit, if it had been busy I'm not sure we would have had the same experience. NGL the showers weren't great heat/power wise but good enough if you can channel your inner submariner! There wasn't any interaction with us from any of the staff about camping for the whole visit and there isnt any check in when you get there or anything which felt a bit weird, but kind of fell in line with the impression we got, that the camping had been very much tagged on. In short I'd like to recommend Roskilly for a visit (if for the ice cream if nothing else!) but only for a short stay, especially if you have kids with you, it's not somewhere you could comfortably camp for a week with the current facilities, most of the people we encountered only stayed for one.

Fabulous stay
I absolutely loved staying in Roskilly's. It wasn't great weather during our stay but that didn't stop us. We thoroughly enjoyed the music entertainment. Our favourite part about our trip was 100% the food. The woodfired pizzas and burgers were absolutely incredible. Wonderful people, wonderful animals and wonderful camping.
We shall be back!
