Easy to find, full camper hookups, river access for fishing. Quiet and clean campground overall

This place is fine for an overnight stay; the sites are level and the price is good for a full hook-up. Directly adjacent to the campsites is the remains of a marina that appears to have been severely damaged by a storm sometime in the past few years, and has been left to just deteriorate further. There are no showers nor is there a permanent bathroom, but there are a couple of very nice semi-permanent bathrooms with light and running water. On our next time through this area we will probably choose another campground.

Quiet and clean, but could use some trash cans on the campgrounds instead of just a dumpster by the entrance. Price is great as there are no added amenities. I was there to visit family and friends. I’ll probably be back next year.

Our camp site was closed due to flooding but no one called us or informed us of the closure until we got there.

A great view sitting along the river, a nice to stroll along the levee. Some of the online info is not correct - we had full hook-ups.
