Peaceful open land with native young trees with a small pond. It is located close to Brown County and the city of Bloomington, with an abundant cultural life and diverse population where Indiana University is based. It is a quiet and great place to get away from town, minimal light intrusion, good view of night sky.The land consists of 9acres of forest, pastures, one pond. Several native trees planted on the property. Host can camp on a few camp sites. No formal trails. Hydrants for potable water. Rural area, farming area, great road to ride bikes on. Seven miles to Indiana University and vibrant downtown area, many ethnic restaurants, art, theatre.
