This grassy spot, sheltered by large ash trees, fronts on Lake Winnipeg beach, affording access to swimming, windsurfing, fishing, kayaking, etc. fire pit and wood available for campfire (conditions permitting)… Beautiful sunrises/sunsets, birding, 5 minutes from Hnausa Dock. We have one campsite available for a tent or small camper. . A fire pit and firewood are available (subject to fire ban).This grassy field fronts on Lake Winnipeg beach, with access to swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, campfire (fire pit), etc. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets, birding, 5 minutes from Hnausa Dock, 15 minutes from shopping in Riverton. One campsite available for tent or RV campers. If you're bringing an RV, we can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length and the site is level. Fire pit available as long as there is no fire ban. Firewood by request.

The night sky was star packed!

35 ft pop-up camper

Spending a night at the Lake Winnipeg beachfront meadow was a real treat. Our site was quiet with the sounds of birds in the trees and waves lapping on the beach. We enjoyed the night sky packed with stars, even though we didn’t see the northern lights we hoped for. A great host where communication and help guiding to the site was effortless. Will visit again.

When I first booked it I didn’t know what to expect but sure enough as soon as I arrived I was looking at one of the most beautiful views and sounds you can ever imagine in Manitoba! Highly recommend, and Nelson was so helpful and accommodating.

Peace and quiet camping

Nelson was a wonderful host. He was kind enough to meet us during check in, guide us to our site and even provided free firewood. The campsite was peaceful, private and in a great location close to the beach, fishing docks and a boat launch. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful spot! Nelson gave great directions and even met me at the entrance to ensure I knew where I was going. The grass was freshly mowed and the spot was stunning, overlooking the lake with your own little beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves was pretty special too. We only spent the one night as we were making our way out west, but this would also be the perfect place for a weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this place!

I loved camping on Nelson’s land!!! The view was amazing and being able to have access to the water was the icing on the cake!! I would definitely stay again…just not during fish fly season!! Lol
