Nestled by the Tomago River, this campsite offers a tranquil escape with plenty of space for campers. Reviewers consistently praise the hosts, Darcy and Stacey, for their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches, such as providing kayaks and fresh produce. The campsite is conveniently located near Mogo town and its attractions, including a wildlife park where you might hear lions and monkeys. The clean and eco-friendly composting toilets are also highlighted as a positive feature.
Amazing well maintained property, right next to Mogo Zoo which was cool to visit.
Little River that we swam in. Perfect.
We will be back. Thanks for having us.
It's not every camp you can say you can hear lions in the distance at sunset (at Mogo Zoo).
Spotlessly clean and great grassed area to camp in. We had it to ourselves for two nights, but with the full quota of three campers there is still plenty of room.
A lovely Hip camp.
We had a great time staying at Moho creek homestead. Darcy and Stacey were excellent hosts providing us with lots of local information. The camping area was very well maintained with level sites and easy access with our van. This is the best Hipcamp we have stayed at and will certainly stay again.
Great spot to stay and ride Mogo trails.
An easy and safe ride into Mogo or access trails just past the Mogo Zoo at the bottom of Alice in Wonderland
Great hosts
We loved staying here. It is on the Tomago River and Darcy and Stacy provide kayaks to use. We spent a day kayaking down the river, a really good workout coming back against the current. We stopped for a break and saw a gorgeous echidna waddle by.
There is plenty of room with the sites well spaced out. A composting toilet is available. It's a five minute drive to Mogo and mountain bike tracks and some lovely shops. Mogo Wildlife Park is right next door if you have kids.
