A relaxing, small rural property of 40 acres with a picturesque creek for you to enjoy. Welcome to Rubyoaks. Pitch your tent or park your Caravan/RV in our lush mowed paddock, with a picturesque creek to walk along or take a dip in a water hole. Watch the sheep and cattle grazing in the paddocks and enjoy the local wildlife that may come to visit. Camp fires are permitted in the supplied firepits (depending on weather and local fire bans/restrictions) - relax with a lovely glass of wine or a nice cold beer. Wood can be purchased from us. Rubyoaks is located just a 20 minute drive to Mudgee. 15 minutes to Windeyer and 15 minutes to Hargraves with local wineries, restaurants, Pubs, Museums and much more. This place makes a great base for you to explore the surrounding area. We do allow 2 camp sites in the one area but you will still have your own privacy and plenty of space for you to unwind and relax. Bins are provided at the camp (NO HUMAN WASTE) All toilet cassette waste must be removed from site. Camping only in fenced paddock away from creek ,no shade in summer , nearly died from heat 35+ ,only 2 sites close together, need to remove stupid fence so get shade next to creek, be ok in winter with a fire, to close to main house,not much privacy

Beautiful private little spot. There was tiny bit of road noise but could definitely hear all the wildlife. Will be back again soon.

We loved our stay at Rubyoaks. It exceeded our expectations. The campsite was spacious with other guests far away. The kids had freedom to run around and loved feeding the animals. Sharyl and Jason are amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need during our stay. This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and just relax around a campfire with loved ones. Rubyoaks will definitely see us again soon.

Perfect

22 ft travel trailer · With kids

We had a fabulous time at RubyOak farm. Sharyl was incredibly flexible with our multiple arrival date changes (due to bad weather and road closures). The campsite is gorgeous, well maintained, quiet and private. Sharyl let us feed the chickens and sheep, much to Mr 4's delight. Perfect base to explore Mudgee and surrounds.
