Not far to the surfing Mecca of Crescent Head and beaches at Hat Head. Only 6 minutes drive to the villages of Smithtown and Gladstone, renowned for their cafes, galleries and friendly pubs. Activities include, fishing on your doorstep. Up close experiences with farm animals including chickens, cows, our friendly horse, Giraffe. The property has 3 of the oldest and largest Morton Bay Fig trees in this area. Please note at this stage there are no toilet/bathroom facilities so we would recommend for those with self contained van set up.Experience a magnificent rural outlook whilst enjoying river views. The closest beach Horseshoe Bay, South West Rocks only a short 13km’s away. Surrounding beaches include, Hat Head, Crescent Head, Stuarts Point and Grassy Head. Ideal location for fishing and crabbing on site. This is a working farm and owner lives on the property. Great location! Beautiful surroundings! Ash and his partner are super welcoming, I loved being invited up for a cold beer on the decking listening to good music and learning about the farm!

Loved camping at Ashley's farm, extremely hospitable host, a variety of campsites to choose from. Allows privacy and feeling of space. Incredible Figtree and surrounding views. Highly recommended for short and long term stays, we will definitely be back.

Wow what a great location. Farm is lovely, so close to South West Rocks. Nice flat area, super friendly horse named Giraffe. Ash was a lovely host and was really patient with us as we arrived very late and set up in the wrong spot. Would definitely go back and stay there again!

Ashley was flexible and helpful and left us to our own. The old barn was handy during the rain to hang up some wet things. The old horse was lovely and the bats gave us a spectacle every dusk in the massive fig trees. Handy located between Hat Head and SW Rocks.

Loved our stay
13 ft pop-up camper
Absolutely loved our stay. The property was perfect, across the road from the river where my partner got to fish every morning and 10mins to SW Rocks. Ash was a fantastic host, super friendly and accommodating. The property is a working farm so it was a delight to be greeted by bulls every morning aswell as a gorgeous horse who loved the pats.
