Perfectly perched on top of a rise looking out across the valley, our property is close to the beach, on a river, and a short drive away from glorious waterfalls and swimming holes, yet only 2 minutes drive from the Pacific Highway.
It has stunning views across rolling green hills. There are plenty of birds and quiet places to ponder nature's bounty and beauty.
Crowdy Bay National Park, Coorabakh, Middle Brother National Park for those 4WD adventures.
Wake up in paradise, and watch the sun set over the hinterland.
Close to the townships for shopping, dining and visiting local attractions of Kew, Harrington, North Haven and Laurieton for those keen to explore.
My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Safe Haven. The little farm is beautiful and Meredith went out of her way to look after us. I would highly recommend staying there!
We had the most amazing stay at Mountain View! From the moment we arrived, Meredith made us feel incredibly welcome — friendly, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience. The site was exactly as described (if not better): clean, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty.
Meredith is a wonderful host. She is accomodating, hospitable and a beautiful person all round. Our stay was the break we needed for the weekend. Private spot with gorgeous views of mountains, farm life, lush green fields and the night sky that keeps you in awe.
This spot is a perfect stay with close proximity to mountains tracks, coastal beaches, lakes and much more.
We enjoyed camping here that it is now marked as one of our favourite places to stay.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re passing by or need a nice peaceful scenic place to unwind and relax.
The property oozes with old world charm and the scenery is gorgeous. Meredith was super hospitable and was so generous with sharing her family’s land. Our kids made core memories here! They loved it.
Don’t stress too much about which spot you pick; they are all lovely.
(Just double check on the toilet/shower situation if that’s important to you, as this is a work in progress.)
We had such a wonderful time. Meredith really looked after us (even providing us with marshmallows for the fire!). Such a beautiful spot on top of a hill with beautiful 360 views of the countryside. Cows surround the property (they’re fenced out so no worries about them in the night) but are such a beautiful sight to wake up to. The common room was a great place to hang out in the evening when other campers had gone to bed - we loved playing board games in here! About 15 minutes to the shops and 20 minutes to the beach this is a great spot tucked away off the highway. We couldn’t recommend it enough!
I had the most tranquil night in my small off road caravan. Just pulled up in the house paddock, had a ride on my bike, brought honey from the neighbours and enjoyed the sunset. Saw Black Cockatoos flying overhead.
Thanks Meredith for sharing your serenity!
