Just a few cleared lots in the woods. Always a work in progress but attached to lots of trails. New lots added monthly, very comunal atmosphere with a work for rent option. No showers or running water yet but coming soon. Lots of hardwood forest and soon a rising stable. Quiet and secure and friendly.Shaded plot suitable for 1 tent max size 4Mx4M, small stone firepit with onside parking. Close to horse pasture. Host can provide cooler and small bbq on site.

Great Stay

Tent

I loved the friendly atmosphere, many animals to enjoy (dogs, cats, goats and horses!) and nice company. They were warm and open but not intrusive allowing me my privacy. The land is beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Wooden place to camp

Wonderful hosts in beautiful country. This campsite is a work in progress but what it lacks in amenities it makes up for with kind and generous hosts and gorgeous surroundings. James is a work horse with great dreams for this property and he'll welcome you enthusiastically to enjoy every thing he's already done. Gorgeous horses, lovely trails, comfortable campsites, and regular evening campfires in around a comfortable and open fireplit. Decent wifi, very pet friendly. We loved our stay here-

Camping and exploring!

16 ft pop-up camper

Peaceful night with so many stars! So many trails to explore and get lost on. Host was great - and site was more than adequate. Animals were friendly and welcoming!
