Full 50amp RV hookups located on a hillside overlooking farmlands. Property is situated on 14 acres bordering the Historic Pioneer Cemetery (don’t think creepy, think rad historic gravesites from late 1800’s to current times. Many Veterans honored to live there). Beautiful sunsets to the west and is 1.25 miles from downtown Brownsville, a quaint historic town of 1700 people located on the Calapooia River which flows through town and surrounds our 30+ acres Pioneer Park. Our community has many events such as Carriage Me Back (1923 themed festival - early May), Pioneer Picnic (Parade, festival - June), Rally on the River (Vintage Trailers - July), City-Wide Garage Sale (July), Stand By Me (1986 movie partially filmed here - Late July), Antique Fair and Classic Car Show - Early August), etc. Wonderful business to support and 30 minutes to Eugene/Albany.Pull your RV (motorhome, travel trailer, adventure vehicle) behind the shop and up to the dedicated 50 amp (or 30amp or 20amp) full hookups on the hill. Located just 1.25 miles from Historic downtown Brownsville and 1.5 miles to the 30+ acre Pioneer Park with the Calapooia flowing around. This quaint little community has lots to offer all throughout the summer and fall months. Carriage Me Back (May - 1923 themed event), Pioneer Picnic (June- Parade and festival), City-Wide Garage Sale and Antique Faire (July), Stand By Me (July - 1986 movie filmed here), Rally on the River (Vintage Trailers), etc. Property is located next to the historic Pioneer Cemetery (don’t think creepy, think rad Cemetery from the mid-1800 with tall headstones and dozens of Veterans calling this home. 10 acres of space below the space for the doggies to run. Several mature Oak and Fir trees to rest under and enjoy the pasture. Message me if you need more space for other friends. We can make this two RV spaces (2 septic dumps, extension cord and water splitter). Or dry camp many more.

Nestled on a hillside with panoramic views, this campsite is a peaceful retreat offering a blend of nature and history. Guests appreciate the spaciousness, full hookups, and friendly hosts who are attentive without being intrusive. The nearby pioneer cemetery adds a unique touch, while the proximity to town ensures easy access to local attractions. Some visitors noted low water pressure, but this is a minor issue compared to the serene environment and engaging activities available.

Jered and Stefanie’s site was absolutely perfect! The site was very easy to access, quiet, and very private. The view was phenomenal with the addition of a brilliant sunset. The cemetery next door was so interesting to walk through with unique history of the area. Although they had had a lot of rain the site was totally dry. We will be back!

Jered and Stefane have spectacular views of the surrounding farmland and the little town of Brownsville from their Hipcamp! Our camp spot was level, well maintained, and equipped with all the basics for camping. We loved having some open space to take our German Shepherd off leash. Randy’s Coffee shop in town is a walkable distance away and has the best scones ever! We would definitely visit Jered and Stefanie’s Hipcamp again!

Jered is always very communicative and quickly quickly answers any questions you may have. They have continued to make improvements to the property, including widening the access to the site for better access for motorhomes. The location is not too far off I-5. It’s peaceful and has a nice view from the pad. The historical Pioneer Cemetery right next-door adds a few acres of birding habitat in season, which is a plus for me. We will be back.
