Welcome to our beautiful 8-acre property, conveniently located near the NC/SC border and surrounded by hundreds of hiking and biking trails. Situated just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and close to many state parks, our location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
Our property is also near the Greenville and Asheville airports, providing easy access for travelers. For biking enthusiasts, you can leave straight from our property and hop onto the Swamp Rabbit biking Trail, which offers miles of scenic routes all the way to downtown Greenville!
We offer two 50/30 amp hookups and large parking areas designed to accommodate class "A" motorhomes with ease. Additionally, a dump station is available for your convenience.
Jason's campsite is a favorite among campers, offering a blend of natural beauty and practical amenities. The site is known for its peaceful atmosphere, with rolling hills and stunning sunset views. Campers appreciate Jason's attentive hosting, with many noting his efforts to provide essential hookups and clear communication. However, a few have mentioned challenges with utility distances and tree clearances for larger vehicles.
We had a very good stay at Jason's property. The sites are as described, and Jason is working on expanding his offerings there. We were able to have our dogs off leash, which was a huge plus for us. It's a 2 mile backroad bike ride to the Swamp Rabbit trailhead and easy access to all Travelers Rest has to offer. We would stay here again if in the area.
Jason’s spot was perfectly located between Greenville and Hendersonville. We enjoyed spending time outside on his land, and our daughters enjoyed all the space to run around. Highly recommend!
Stayed here while traveling the South Carolina Adventure Route and it was fantastic! The host was very accommodating with our last-minute booking request. The campsite was well-maintained, had a picnic table, several chairs and a huge fire pit! The host also had plenty of wood onsite for purchase. The new bathroom facility was still under construction, but the host had kindly made the toilet available, which was a huge relief as we were tent camping! We enjoyed the quiet location and easy access. Highly recommend this Hipcamp to all campers needing a quick overnight or for longer stays!
Beautiful property! Jason was available for any questions we had. He is making more improvements to his property, we are excited to come back to see what he does.
Really enjoyed camping at Jason’s land. Very convenient to Travelers Rest and many hiking trails around. His place is easy to find and the grounds are neat and tidy. We even caught a beautiful sunset from our site one evening. He’s got a bathroom in process, so it will be even better the next time we stay.
