Accommodations were wonderful for our 39' class A skoolie. Parked at the top of the Pine Hill Farm property next to the house and the well house. Like a circular pull thru, this parking spot was spacious enough for tail swings and vehicle maneuverability. Was able to come and go as needed with out follow-car. Parking site was a grass-gravel combo and was level with a slight lean back to front.
Logan was very responsive with questions and requests. We had a few low-hanging branches along the road to the spot that Logan was kind enough to trim back for our 12.5' rig.
Water was available, but did not need to connect since we had full fresh tank. At the well house, 110V residential power was also available and we did connect to it - distance was about 50-55'. Combination of partly cloudy days and taller trees around the site led to abbreviated solar charging opportunity.
Cell coverage with Verizon and T-Mobile were good. Bathrooms were readily accessible as well.
Will definitely come back and stay when our travels take us thru middle TN.
Thanks Logan and Pine Hill Farm team.

Get there before dark
5 m car
Although the site looks close to I-40, there are no nearby exits requiring a drive on country roads to get there. The communication could have been better & the site is down a dark gravel rd with no signage & little lighting. Hipcamp message said download app for detailed written directions & that you meet the host, I assume for help finding a spot to park. There were no detailed directions but a map was included. There was no meet up with the host but another camper there said “park anywhere”. Too dark to see any actual parking spots so just parked near the house. It was just for an overnight sleep along the road so was ok for that. Somehow a stick was found under one of the wiper blades which was strange, & found because it prevented blade from moving the next morning.

There was a bathroom, but it was under construction. Outside shower only. We were on the road, just pulled in to sleep, so it worked for us but it didn’t appear to be a place where you would stay a few days.

I spent one night hammocking at Pine Hill Farms. The property is quirky cool, with plenty of sites to choose from. The dome bathrooms with outdoor shower is a great feature. I felt very welcome and safe, secluded but plenty of amenities. Thanks to Logan and friends for making my weekend fantastic!
