Dating back over 150 years, this detached stone cottage (which sleeps 6), is a hidden gem, situated on the edge of a rural village on a quiet lane overlooking fields and countryside.
Easy to reach, this is the perfect base for a peaceful break. It is ideally located to explore the beautiful local dogfriendly beaches (just over 10 minutes' drive from the coast (Aberffraw and Rhosneigr) and stunning countryside. Tastefully furnished and very well equipped, including a log burner.
There are three bedrooms - one large master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite, a second double room (king size bed) and a twin room.

Large safe, dog friendly garden and patio.Detached stone cottage. Enter into the stylish but cosy lounge with log burner. To the right is a separate dining or work space. The separate kitchen diner is accessed from the lounge. There is also a small utility room with toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - one twin room, one king size bed and a master bedroom with king size bed, dual aspect windows and ensuite bathroom. There is also a large family bathroom.
Ty Cerrig is just over ten minutes drive from beaches at Aberffraw and Rhosneigr (both sandy and dogfriendly all year). Walks on the doorstep. There is a traditional village pub five minutes walk away plus a village shop (with post office). The price includes a starter basket of logs, all linen/towels (please bring your own beach towels).
Family friendly- - a high chair is available - a travel cost is available > 120 x 60 cm (mattress available, although please see up to date guidance from The Lullaby Trust) - one folding bed guard (for children)
Please note that I do not supply bedding for the cot.
Dog friendly- - large enclosed rear garden - 6 dog bowls (indoors) - throws and dog towels to make pooch feel at home
Please let me know that you are bringing a dog and remember to bring your dog’s bed! There is a one off charge for dogs. This is split three ways, between cleaning costs and two charities (Dogs 4 Rescue and PAWS Anglesey).
The furniture in the lounge is set up around the log burner (rather than the TV). You are welcome to move the furniture to suit your needs, however please return everything to how you found it. Thank you.
Off road parking is available on the driveway immediately in front of the garage (two cars).
There is no EV charger on-site. Guests should not charge their vehicles from the domestic sockets. There are charging points across the island. The nearest EV points are listed in the guide book, available once your booking is confirmed.
