Deluxe Captain's nautical quarters. Charming and comfortable cottage, located on city bus line. 1 mile from hwy 101 and 2 miles from downtown and Victoria Ferry. 12 miles east of Lake Crescent, and 15 miles west of Hurricane Ridge. Located in a nice residential neighborhood. All new bedding and furnishings throughout cottage. Service animals welcome free of charge. Other animals allowed with pre approval and $35 non refundable pet cleaning fee. No pets approved June thru August. The space *Currently we are taking extra measures to follow guidelines given by the EPA for both cleaning and sanitizing the cottage. We have gotten great reviews for cleanliness on our partner booking platforms, but want to ensure our guests that we have adjusted our cleaning procedures, which includes water-soluble cleaners and then using chemical cleaners and sanitizers on an approved list provided by the EPA for sanitation. We include anti-bacterial soaps and alcohol hand sanitizer for guest use. If you are sensitive to chemical cleaners and sanitizers, please let us know before your reservation and we can adjust our cleaning process for your needs.* Extra accommodations: * Full size Sofa bed (memory foam) * Twin Cot (memory foam) * Pak-n-play crib * Basic Cooking supplies and commodities, some breakfast items like juice and oatmeal *Outdoor fireplace with firewood Guest access High speed WiFi, 55” smart TV with Roku TV, DVD player, movies, and games Other things to note The unit easily accommodates 4 adults, but if you don’t mind sharing a full size memory foam pullout bed, then 2 adults can sleep there.
