Lake Cushman Camping Lot is a perfect place to park your RV. The lot has full hookups and is very quiet. This lot is within the Lake Cushman golf course area, within driving distance to The Olympic National Park, Puget Sound, and various lakes and rivers. Lake Cushman consists of three lakes, one for speed boats and two for non-motorized boats. The community is located just off of Highway 101, close to the city of Hoodsport, WA!Park your RV on our camping lot, the site has both 30 and 50 amp hookups. Verizon has recently installed a new tower in the Lake Cushman and we have been experiencing better cell and internet coverage. The lot is within the Lake Cushman golf course area, the area consists of RV lots and cabins. You will have access to multiple hiking and biking trails, including The Olympic National Park Staircase Trail. The development consists of two lakes, Lake Cushman allows ski boats while the lower lake, Lake Kokanee, allows only electric and non motorized boats. At the site we have cell phone coverage. A permit is required to use the lakes parks and boat launches. A Guest Permits will be provided by the owners.

This campsite was perfect for us. It was quiet and very peaceful. Took a trip to the lake and enjoyed the views. The owner Jim was great and was there to help and answer all our questions.

Great rv lot. Walking distance from the golf course, super quiet and paved roads. Power, water and sewer all perfect along with a gazebo and seating. We are defiantly coming back next year if it's available. The only improvement I would recommend is installing a cable hookup for internet access. I would have happily paid a little more. T Mobile and Verizon cell reception for a mobile hot spot is virtually non existant. Satellite reception for Starlink or Direct tv and Dish is blocked by the trees.

Had a great weekend at Lake Cushman! Thank you Jim for sharing this great spot with us. We really enjoyed the community and its proximity to some great hikes and Lake Cushman. It was a quick trip into Hoodsport for the famous ice cream stop and the Potlatch Brewery. This spot is very large and has a great gazebo that came in handy as we had a huge storm blow through last night. Jim was available upon arrival to help back you in if you need it. Very clean site and it had everything you could possibly need.

Great location!

We had a great family trip and enjoyed Jim's property. This was our first time to the Cushman area and first time using hipcamp. While we were here we did the Staircase Rapids trail and kayaked on Lake Kokanee which we had to ourselves, it was so beautifuland quiet! It was about a 30 minute drive to Alderbrook resort for an upscale seafood dinner. We also enjoyed riding our bikes around the community from the campsite. This site was really close the golf course, walkable if you wanted, we had to drive to access the lakes. Beautiful area and would highly recommend if you haven't been to this area before.
