A beautiful place where you can enjoy the beach field, turf, volleyball court, 50 and 30 amp power, water and septic provided. just down from the green lantern restaurant Seabrook and Copalis beach are close. Quinalt Lake is a half hour down the road. Wynoochee dam is an hour and 40 or 45 minute drive.Camp fire pit provided field turf volleyball court 10x20 covered area dogs and kids welcome water from a well quite neighborhood not a far drive to the beach at all. Ocean Shores 15 minutes away Seabrook 20 minutes away Aberdeen 25 minutes away 2 1/2 hours away from Puyallup Quinalt Lake, 1 Hour Dr.

Cons :This is not on the beach. It is about 1.5 miles from Copalis Beach and 73 miles from Ruby Beach ( shown in one of the pictures). Water has high iron content so is brown. Farm animals next door our loud. Pros: quiet area as far as humans go. When facing the woods the view is lovely. Have the place to yourself.

Do t do it!

The place was a messy dump. Neighbors house was horrible. We lasted 1 hour and went somewhere else. Did not feel safe. Waste of money. The owner wouldn’t give a refund.

Misleading property description

The representation for this property is quite misleading. It is nowhere near the beach. The property is very unattractive. The well water was very rusty and not suitable as potable water.
