Camping on Nichelle's property offers a blend of tranquility and convenience, nestled amidst whispering trees and close to attractions like Rosario Beach. Guests appreciate Nichelle's attentiveness and the breathtaking views, especially from the hilltop sites. While the campsite is described as peaceful and private, some reviews mention that individual sites can be compact, and a few have pointed out the challenges with parking trailers. Nichelle was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay. We parked our teardrop camper at spot #4 and enjoyed the spectacular views. We were fortunate to be the only campers here this weekend. It was quiet and lovely.

Lovely spot surrounded by whispering trees. Quiet and peaceful. Nichelle was attentive, responsive and friendly. I’ll take her up on the offer of fresh eggs next time I stay.

Proposal camping weekend

We booked this place very last minute. Nichelle was so accommodating. We stayed at the top and the views were amazing. My boyfriend proposed to me the same weekend! I’m so glad we were able to stay here and relax during such an important moment in our lives.

My husband and I had a great time at Nichelle's property with our two little dogs! It's a beautiful space with great views from the hill top. We stayed mid level but took a couple walks up to check out the view. Camping in late October, we ended up being the only guests for the weekend which allowed us to have plenty ofspace and privacy (individual sites are on the smaller side). Nichelle did assign us both spots #9 and #10 so we could have two picnic tables and our choice of either (or both) fire pits. Location is excellent, very close to Rosario Beach which was beautiful and not far Deception Pass, Anacortes, and Swinomish Casino which we also visited. Good home base campsite for trekking around Fidalgo Island.

Phenomenal Stay!
Tent
We loved staying here with our corgi. Nichelle was a gracious host and provided a beautiful, safe, and serene place to camp. We paid for some firewood and she provided a more than fair amount of wood for what we paid. We got a lovely site with a flat place for tent with a view, fire ring, picnic tables, and port a potty. There was incredible access to Rosario beach as well. We definitely plan on staying again!
