Camping - elevated! A brand new offering to West Sussex, the Tree Tent is a glamping experience unlike no other. This sustainable, comfortable and unique setting provides a different perspective of the British woodlands. Your stay includes this whole site, with no other campers in site! The Tree Tent, kitchen and dining space, wood-fired bath and separate bathroom and shower are all yours for the duration of your stay. The Tree Tent sleeps one or two, complete with a double bed with bespoke bedding, heating, skylight, USB ports, desk and storage. Solar power lights up the site and provides you with electricity in the Tree Tent too. There is also private use of the Hot Tank, a wood-fired outdoor tub designed for wild bathing, and an outdoor heater and pizza oven. With thoughtful design and amenities, and gorgeous views across Little Thakeham Farm through your treetop haven, this private sanctuary above the forest floor allows you to truly immerse yourself in nature, and forget the hustle and bustle of the daily grind. When it comes to food and drink, your tea and coffee needs are provided - as well as a wood-fired pizza oven. Collect fresh ingredients from the local farm shops, or visit one of the lovely restaurants and vineyards in the area. Not to mention - when the bluebells are in bloom, they coat the forest floor below you! ---- 🚗 ~30 mins from Brighton 🚗 ~12 mins from Billingshurst Station, which is - 🚅 ~1 hr 10 mins from London VictoriaThe Strawberry Lane Tree Tent is a whole site just for you - with hot shower, toilet and more. The Tree Tent itself is suspended in beautiful Sussex woodland. Your stay even includes the use of an outdoor pizza oven and wild bathing experience! Two firewood bundles are included in the price of your stay, which you can use for both the Hot Tank (wood-fired hot tub) and/or the pizza oven, which doubles up as a heater. This should keep you going, but should you need more, you can grab some from our stash and mark it on our honesty board. If you do use extra, we would just need you to pay this retrospective to your stay. We also provide firewood (eco-logs), kindling and fire starters for the woodstove in the Tree Tent itself, which will keep you nice and toasty should it get nippy. Enjoy!

Cooking equipment present

Private, stovetop or hot plate, pizza oven, fridge, cookware, cooking utensils, dishware, cutlery, basic seasoning and oils, sink or other dishwashing station. Rather than an electric fridge, you will have sole use of a large Dometic cooler. We also include tea and coffee from local suppliers, alongside salt, pepper and oil.

We had a great time staying at Strawberry Lane Tree Tent. You really are removed from everyday hectic life to be at one with nature. The site has everything you need and the facilities were excellent. You can park close to the site, it is clearly signposted and a trolley is provided to carry your belongings. It was such a wonderful experience sleeping up in the trees even in high winds! The mini log burner in the tent heated up quickly and kept us nice and warm. The log burning bath was also a great. Shira sent useful and detailed information about our stay and the local area. If you are looking for something unique and to escape to the country I would highly recommend Strawberry Lane Tree Tent.
