We are a small agricultural farm running sheep and a cropping program. Come and enjoy wide-open spaces, regular rainbows, starry nights and peace and quiet. We offer several different spots around the farm for camping and caravans, from shady spots overlooking our orchards, to wilder bush areas. We'll help you chose the best spots when you arrive.
There are plenty of picnic spots and walks on and near the property, including some lovely big salt lakes just down the road which provide fantastic photography.
We have no amenities here, so all campers must be self-contained and leave no trace. We offer some powered options near to the solar-powered shed. We have fresh spring water which could be used for showering but should be filtered for drinking.
Campfires are permitted when not in fire season - please enquire. The entry track to our farm is fairly sandy, so 4WD or AWD is recommended.
You're welcome to bring your dog however they must be kept under control - don't let them round up the sheep!
The views, sunset (sheer fluke gave me a full supermoon) and quiet were amazing.
If you want to camp off grid and be on your own, this is a great place to do it.
Our dogs had a lot of freedom. But I checked with Jeanie that there were no sheep around first.
Some beautiful spots at Clearview farm with lovely views across surrounding hills. It was so quiet and private. Lots of spots with trees for protection. Saw lots of wildlife, even a fox that got quite close before it realised we were there. We visited Coorow for lovely CWA scones. Jeanie was really responsive to questions and sent clear directions. Highly recommend.
I loved camping on Jeanie’s land, with its beautiful sweeping views and the peace and quiet of having the area to myself. Other camp sites are well away so no problems with neighbours at your feet. Jeanie is a very hospitable host who gave me a tour of the camp layouts and so I was able to find a spot near the gravel pit which met all that I required.
Thanks Jeanie
Good map of the property. Jeanie indicated where would be best to camp as others were joining us. Some other campers on the property but could hardly see them from our site near the lemon tree. Nice location from which to access wild flower sites within day trip reach
Great camping on Jeanie's land. Plenty of space between sites, easy access and Jeanie was accommodating. Lots of flys at this time of year (Sep), as expected.
We had a wonderful few days here, he location was ideal for wildflowers and so peaceful and quiet. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, kangaroos in the distance and tranquility on offer. Well spaced secluded areas to camp. Highly recommend
