Wild camping, or free camping, is not officially permitted in Snowdonia National Park without the landowner's permission. However, responsible wild camping is often tolerated in the more remote areas of the park, as long as campers follow the "Leave No Trace" principles and set up camp late in the day, pack up early, and avoid popular spots. It's important to respect the environment and the park's rules, so if you're unsure, it's best to opt for one of the designated campsites in the area.
