We are a family-owned RV park and tiny home village located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. Let us know if you want to borrow a telescope to explore the darkest night sky you have ever seen! We are excited to share our home with you!

We'll be back!!

This campground is close to Flagstaff, but far enough away from it to feel that you're away from the city. We loved the owners that were very helpful, telling us about the area including 3 National Parks! Grand Canyon, Wupatki, and Walnut Canyon. You can access PLENTY of off-road trails, some of which lead you to the Cinder Cone trails that are so beautiful. We're going back there for sure. Great location and "feel" on the campground itself. The RV park is nicely kept - we were there in a Motorhome, 50 amp hooks.

Tranquil high desert campground

Small quiet campground with a mix of tiny homes / cabins and RV spaces. Although right off the main road, the frontage buildings and fencing blocked any traffic noise for us. It is around 45-50 mins to East entrance of Grand Canyon and also near Flagstaff area. There is a play space for younger kids with balls and toys and also an area for dogs. Be aware that it is about 20 minutes to amenities like fuel and restaurants.

The site was very clean and online check in made everything easy. Owners were friendly. Nice place for kids to run around away from the other campers. This site is under very dark skies and is great for viewing with a telescope while still providing access to water and electricity.

Lots of potential

I think the place has great potential it just needs a little cleaning up the landscape and more trees for shade. The front buildings could use some remodel but we liked our stay.
