Launch your boat on the 30,000-acre Oologah Lake, or rent one at the Redbud Marina. The wind blows steadily, making it a great spot for sailing! You can also check out the 200 miles of shoreline by foot or horse. The Will Rogers Country Centennial Trail runs for 18 miles along the water with great views, shady woodlands, and open pastures. There is a playground on the campground for the kids, and several developed swimming beaches. Sold!

If fresh vegetables are not in season we do have a selection of salsas, jellies, and pickles made on the ranch. There are three ponds for fishing, lots of wildlife including nesting baldeagles. Bring sturdy enclosed shoes for hiking. Bring your canine friend, they will have a vacation of a lifetime. Pawhuska is only 13 miles away, if you want to let someone else cook your dinner. Great place to takes in the beautiful and get one with nature. The creek changes with ever flood. At this time we have 1 big swimming hole to swim in. There are small mouth bass and if you want to try your hand at catching crawdads they are a plenty. May 1st we require a 2 night minimum for the weekends.

At the edge of a small town in Oklahoma, plenty of space to look out over hayfields, lounge in one of our hammocks, sit around the fire, watch chickens, ducks, and geese, and maybe lend a hand to one of our varied farm projects. Permaculture-based polyculture market garden that sells veggies, herbs, and eggs. (Plants are all certified organic, eggs aren't certified but fed organic feed) A few miles from Twin Bridges State Park has RV dump station. The town is walkable and there are plenty of bikes to use. The main use area will have lights from the neighbors, 2 lane highway, but also private areas to set up a chair or hammock. Behind the hedgerow (to the North) there's a mowed areas for a tent. There's also a tree platform for tents (though it currently needs some brush clearing to get to it) Also a train runs about 10 x day and night about 5 blocks away. There's capacity for leaving your trash/recycling here (I have to pay for weekly pick-up but rarely is my bin full), there's also washer/dryer in an outbuilding that can be used (within reason)
