Our family purchased this 21 acre property in the middle of 2021 with the hopes of making some lasting memories and allowing others to do the same. Since it's so close to Yellowstone (30 min drive), Henry's Lake (10 min drive), Ennis (45 mins drive) & Bozeman (2 hours), we knew it would be a perfect "home base" for us to explore everything Montana has to offer. Learn more about this land: 21 acres near Cliff and Wade Lakes is set up for an RVs. * 2 - 50 amp power service w/ hookup * Drilled a 190'/20 gpm well w/ hookup * Installed a septic system - not hookup. Only for dumping. * RV corral to park in There are two pads (Site 1 & Site 2), which are rented out separately, however if you would like to grab both, please shoot me a message. Both sites have water & power hookup's. PLEASE NOTE: There are NOT a sewer/septic hookup's. We do have a dump station onsite for you to use. We also do not have trash service, so we kindly ask you pack-in and pack-out. The views are outstanding and you are minutes from fishing, hiking, hunting and exploring in Yellowstone National Park (30 min drive), Hebgen Lake (10 mins drive), Henry's Lake (10 min drive), the Madison River and Island Park. If you would like more suggestions on what to do while staying at our home base hookups, we would love to share our favorite spots! A quick 10-minute drive to enjoy the beautiful day hikes of Harriman State Park. You can also hike directly from Camp Steelhead on the old historic rail grade and enjoy the views of the majestic Buffalo River. Enjoy a quiet camping area with the convenience of power hookups for your RV (30 amp) or just plug in your phone to the 110 outlets if you are tent camping. Close proximity to Highway 20 and easy access to services and dining. One RV/Trailer per campsite. Camp Steelhead is located within the beautiful Yellowstone Ecosystem. While we have not had any problems with wildlife. We ask that campers store food properly to avoid any issues. Yellowstone does not have a fence around it. Animals wander all through the area.

Angell Creek Campground is located in beautiful Island Park Idaho. It has been in our family for over 50 years. We are surrounded by pine trees, and it is a quiet place to escape the noise of the world. It is a place to recharge and enjoy the outdoors. Our campsite is close to West Yellowstone and only 30 mi. from Yellowstone National Park. Island Park has a lot to offer including: boating, waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, trail riding and much more. All of these activities are within a few minutes away. We are in close proximity to highway 20 and easy access to services and dining. We have a very large parking area where you can park trailers and vehicles. We have about 3 acres and have 5 RV spots. We have a central sheltered picnic area and a big fire pit on each RV spot. Each pad is rented at $40 a night with provided 50 and 20 amp service with an adapter provided for 30 amp service. No water or sewer is provided. There is a porta potty on location from mid May until end of October. Must pack out all of your trash or be a accessed a cleaning fee per lot. Although wanting to keep this campground in a primitive state, we will be adding a few updates in coming years. Pets allowed on a leash only.

The Teton View Tent is located in Tetonia, Idaho and has breath taking view of the Tetons. 45minute drive to Rexburg, Idaho 1 hour drive to Jackson Hole, Wyoming 1.5 hours to West Yellowstone, Montana Inside the tent there is a comfortable king size bed, a mini couch that turns into a pullout sleeping mat that can fit two small children. There are also two sleeping mats that can be used but are short in length so fit a child best. The table seats 4 to play games or work at. Outside is a fire pit and picnic table to enjoy meals outdoors. A hammock is in the trees nearby to lay back and relax. Private porta potty located near the tent. You may enjoy the tent and the area around it, please do not cross any fences as that is beyond the property line. Please stay within a 30ft raidius of the tent, excluding the side you park on and the walking distance to your vehicle and the bathroom. Learn more about this land:Four-season yurt that can sleep up to 6 adults and up to 10 total.  Access by vehicle (summer) or snowmobile (winter).  Separate indoor kitchen/eating areas vs sleeping area (inside sturdy vinyl Army tent).  Wood stove inside the tent will keep you warm all night.  Bring your own sleeping bags, food, and water.  Primitive outhouse near the yurt.  So much to do - so much to see (moose and deer are commonplace).SUMMER: Access to private lake: swimming and fishing and boating (no gas engines allowed). Private sand dune area for ATVs, with access to hundreds of miles of public land trails. St Anthony Sand Dunes, Civil Defense Caves, Ice Caves and Island Park Reservoir are all accessible on an ATV day trip.  Yellowstone National Park is an 80 minute drive, though accessing the property requires a 6.5 mile drive on a dirt road, a total of 25 minutes from Ashton.  Two campfire rings on the property to choose from for your evening gatherings.
