Beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains and a direct view of Pikes Peak. Nice open area with fresh air quiet breezy lazy days. Beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets. Perfect for Star gazing at night. Hiking, biking, and there are areas nearby to go dirt biking, off road, fishing, boating, etc. Please come and see!

Please plan accordingly, if you are not comfortable with animals, bugs or dust, this is not the place for you. We are a perfection free zone! We have four RV spots beside our barn. They measure 20 ft by 60+ feet. Plenty of room for your rig. Each comes with two chairs and a small BBQ pit. The spaces are mostly level and without obstacles. The entrance and circular drive are paved. We are a retired couple sharing our hobby farm. Be aware that our dogs and cats roam freely about the property. Please plan accordingly, if you are not comfortable with animals, bugs or dust, this is not the place for you. We are a perfection free zone! The property features a furnished patio, a gas grill, and a fire pit, an outdoor TV, and plenty of areas to explore. It also has games to enjoy, namely basketball, horse shoes, cornhole, bikes (to rent) and more. It the perfect campsite to unwind at after a day’s adventures. This farm is located in a quiet country neighborhood that is only blocks from the Arkansas River, walking and biking trails, two city parks with plenty of recreational activities, the Royal Gorge Train Depot, the historic downtown area with coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and shopping and other local attractions. We encourage you to venture out to experience the thrills at Royal Gorge Bridge; Park, embark on a whitewater rafting excursion at Royal Gorge Rafting, or take the pup for a hike along Eagle Wing Trailhead!

We do not allow the camper to stay multiple continuous days without leaving as you must leave during the day time, but are welcome to return at night. ---shower is only available if our office is open when you arrive----- Here is a little bit about us! We rent motorhomes, camper vans, travel trailers, Paddleboards, and party buses! We are a perfect fit for hip camping because we are right across the street from Red Rocks Open Space, 5 min away from Garden of the Gods, and right off of HWY24 to head deeper into the Rockies! We are a full service RV facility, so we have mechanics on site if you need your rig looked at also! We are all camper van folks and know the struggle of not being able to find a safe spot. Our parking lot is well lit at night.

Falkor Ranch is located on rolling hills on the Palmer Divide about an hour southeast of Denver, Colorado. Located at 7,000 feet with a beautiful view of Pike's Peak and the Rocky Mountains. Your camping fee includes a farm orientation, indoor plumbing, a hot shower and a picnic table. You will meet 12 beautiful alpacas, 16 Nubian goats for milk, weed control and just because they make us happy, and a large flock of laying chickens for fresh eggs. We have a variety of gardens and a year-round geodesic dome greenhouse that provides us with fresh produce. This is a quiet country setting - we can see our neighbors only if we try hard. There are many popular and diverse activity sites less than an hour away. Come escape the hustle and bustle of home, avoid the quarantine of the day, and enjoy the beauty of nature and our loving animals. We offer both tent and RV listings to suit however you like to travel. We have a hot shower, bathroom, picnic tables, potable water, and trash and recycle bins. Our RV listing has both 20 and 30 amp electrical hookup but no water or sewer hookups. Our guests love us too! "We had an amazing time here! Diane is so sweet and showed us all of their beautiful friendly animals and plants when we arrived and even offered fresh goat milk and a plant starter! The land was gorgeous and we got to watch adorable goats from our tent. One of my favorite camping experiences ever!"
