This Outpost and campground is located on 300 acres of private property surrounded by park and public land. It has been here for over 30 years in some form or another. We are Caleb & Amber who enjoyed managing this little oasis in the middle of the desert from March to June of 2017 when we decided to purchase the business & make it our own. This is a dry, rugged campground with a bathhouse that provides coin operated showers and flush toilets. In addition there is little old rustic camp store placed in the middle of nowhere where we provide fuel, snacks, firewood, ice, showers, cold drinks & more. If you are looking for a more private site with lots of space and shade, book our Small Group at the Rocks. For a warmer stay during the cooler months book one of our Glamping Tents listed. We have the larger, and spacious tent in the grove of the Juniper Trees (which is also amazing in the warmer season) and rent a heater from us inside the general/camp store. This space is a beautiful, modern 2020, Grey tones, 2 bed and 1 bath camper. The master bedroom is nice and cozy with some pretty great clothes storage and views to the North and the West. The master bathroom has a Shower, a toilet and a sink. The dual washer and dryer is also located in the master bath. The kitchen is very cozy with a way to cook, refrigerate and clean. The dinning room consists of some awesome views with a 4 person table. Living room is two retractable chairs. There is a nice loft above the bunk room that, with some childish ways can be accessed up a steep ladder. In the back, there is a private bunk room with some storage under lower bunk bed and as you walk into the room to right is some cupboards. This room does have its own access to the outside. All together this place makes for an awesome glamping experience.

Although near the main road, the site feels private. You are less than 1 minute walk to Big Cottonwood Creek, and there is hiking out the door in multiple directions, as well as easy biking to Solitude Resort. As a bonus, you are 1/4 mile from Silver Fork Lodge if you get a hankering for a prepared meal. Please note that there are NO DOGS allowed in Big or Little Cottonwood canyons. There is a high fine if so. So this is not an appropriate spot to bring your four-legged friends unfortunately.

Our cabins are away from the RV sites in a secluded area surrounded by beautiful gardens and walkways. This is a private driveway in a great location in Big Cottonwood Canyon. The driveway is long and surrounded by aspen, abutting the "old" unused house on my property, so it is private. Although near the main road, the site feels private. You are less than 1 minute walk to Big Cottonwood Creek, and there is hiking out the door in multiple directions, as well as easy biking to Solitude Resort. As a bonus, you are 1/4 mile from Silver Fork Lodge if you get a hankering for a prepared meal. Please note that there are NO DOGS allowed in Big or Little Cottonwood canyons. There is a high fine if so. So this is not an appropriate spot to bring your four-legged friends unfortunately.

Glamping Canyonlands is an off-the-grid property with four 16.5 ft and one 16x24 ft canvas wall tent, a glamping pod and NEW air conditioned Skylight Casita. The tents are furnished with a comfortable memory foam queen mattress fitted with bedding, extra blankets, seating for two, area rugs, end tables, string lights, board games, first aid kit, hand sanitizer, phone battery pack, small battery operated fans, 2 deck chairs, private firepit with grill top, hammocks & picnic table. Communal areas are bathrooms with a flushing toilet, warm shower, outdoor kitchen, and, picnic tables. French press coffee each morning. Starlink Internet is available. Late check-ins are available.
