Atop a hill in northern Vermont the farm property is made up a rolling hay field, organic vegetables, flowers, herbs, and old hardwood maple forest where we produce maple syrup. The sunsets are some of the best in Vermont!
Sandiwood Farm produces artisan maple syrup and grows organic produce, flowers, cannabis, hemp and other herbs. They also host farm dinners, weddings, and other events.
You can get your hands dirty and work on the farm if you're interested. This is a 420 friendly farm with samples and tastings.
35 years ago, Bob and Sara Schlosser were married in the barren field that is now Sandiwood Farm.
They have slowly built their home, farm, business and raised a family.

The field is adjacent to the Blueberry Hill Inn and Outdoor and in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest and Moosalamoo Recreation Area.
Great sunsets! We offer access to outdoor showers with hot and cold
running water and toilets in the nearby Outdoor Center.
There is an internet connection near the buildings but not necessarily at your site. You can drive your car to
the site. There is privacy between the sites though occasionally there are other tents in the open field.
You can forage for wood for a small fire or you can request 'bundles' (a small cartful) to be available upon arrival. Wood from outside Vermont is not allowed.
Access to many hiking/biking/running trails just outside your tent door. We are stewards of these trails and your camping fees help to support our work.
Nearby swimming, kayaking, and canoeing are available too.
We provide trail maps upon arrival and you can also view them online from our webpage at Blueberry Hill Inn.
Blueberry picking on-site in August. Don't want to cook? Packed lunches are available. Check out our website at Blueberry Hill Inn for Pizza by the Pond nights.

Winter access involves a short walk up a packed snow trail. Cargo sled provided.
Kindly observe quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. After 10:00 pm is quiet time.
Remove your own trash when you depart.
You may leave clean recyclables and compost in appropriate bins.
No driving above the yurt parking area please..
If you swim in the pond, clothing is optional.
Please do not use any soaps or shampoo in pond.
No smoking or vaping inside.
Firewood for sale, $5 for an armload. Please inquire for more info and leave $ in basket in yurt.
Please use fire pit in front of cottage, not in stone circle.
No cutting or defacing trees for fires.
Please be respectful to our site and to the environment by keeping things tidy and low impact.
You are welcome to explore the woodland trails and quiet back roads.
They are not marked so leave a trail of breadcrumbs if you are not good at navigation!
Feel welcomed to use our temple spaces for solo or respectful group connection quiet time.
Please no drinking or smoking in these spaces.
If you stay includes a Wednesday in the warmer months, there may be an Ecstatic Dance in the stone circle from 7-9pm.

This is a large agriculture working farm.. we have heifers and organic hay. The cabin is a big room, with a kitchen, eating tables and a wicker sofa and toilet. There is no insulation or heat. There will be mosquitos and occasional spiders. Therefore, it is open May till November. There is a blow up queen mattress but you need to bring sleeping bag, pillows or sheets.
The Lemon Fair Sculpture Park and Whistle Pig brewery are close by . Middlebury College is 8 miles away.

Goldilocks cabin is the cure for this predictability—without giving up any of the comfort you would find at a fine hotel. Learn more about this land:Goldilocks Cabins is for those seeking rustic luxury. No roughing it here. The cabin has a full bath, kitchen with all conveniences, one bedroom with queen bed, sleeping loft with full bed, and a pull out sofa in the living room. There is central heat and a wood stove in the winter. A/C units in the summer. The cabin has two decks, a gas bbq grill, and a fire pit. Cabin is on four wooded acres and is on Stowe Hollow Road, a residential neighborhood of widely spaced homes, and about 25 yards off the road. So if you are looking for a secluded cabin in the woods Goldilocks might not be for you. If however you are looking for a conveniently located well appointed cabin, your are at the right place. Goldilocks is a mile from Main Street in Stowe, and 8 miles to Mt. Mansfield and skiing. Hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, sledding, and swimming holes all a few minute drive from the cabin.
