We do have this year's crop bottled and available for sale! Buy one for morning pancakes, to add to your morning coffee, or to take home! WILDLIFE/BERRIES/MUSHROOMS/FIDDLEHEADS Depending on the time of the year, you can find wild raspberries, blackberries, mushrooms, and fiddleheads. (Please do not pick or eat something if you don't know if it is poisonous!) And, wildlife are around. Look for tracks in the soil, signs they have been there, or if you are really quiet (usually in the early morning or at dusk) you might see deer, geese, or wild turkeys! Camp Ebb and Flow

Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electricity and another has electricity with nearby water. There is an "outhouse" with a flush toilet and over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A or 50A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. We do not supply these adapters, and we cannot allow you to charge your vehicle unless you have reserved an RV site with full hookups. Bridgeview Harbour Marina

Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina on the Adirondack shore of Lake Champlain Established in 2020 the Marina provides seasonal and overnight slips and moorings to boaters, fisherman, and lake-goers in addition to camping and an on-site cafe. Marina services are available May thru October each year, with other events and services available throughout the year. The marina is set on 33 acres along Lake Champlain and hosts ~4150 feet of lake-frontage, it is accessible via car, boat, or via the adjacent Amtrak rail line. Prior to becoming a marina in 1989, the property was home to a very large Iron Foundry, rail yard, and barge-loading operation known as Cedar Point. Cedar point, part of the larger Witherbee-Sherman Mining Company, operated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries smelting iron ore to be shipped throughout the world via the Lake Champlain Canal and Hudson River, and is credited with providing iron to some of America's leading projects at the time. Some remains of the sites industrious past can be observed throughout the property. From Father's Day to Labor Day, the Marina hosts the Port Henry Waterfront Farmers' Market every Friday between 5PM and 8PM. Our property, Windswept Acres, has been a favorite destination for literally generations of visitors, whether staying in a room in the farmhouse, a bunk in the barn, or "glamping" in our Sugar House.One of those decades-long regulars asked several years ago whether they could locate their RV next to the road on a knoll overlooking our upper pond, and we told them "sure". They own a building company, and were good enough to bring a crew up to prepare the site. They laid pipes to one of our spring-fed wells for water, conduit for both electricity and phone, dug a dry well for grey-water, and moved onto the site for several years.After then they chose to move to a traditional structure further up the hill, and left behind a fully-equipped spot perfect for campers and RVs that we have offered to visiting family and guests!Easily accessible from a dirt road, your shaded site overlooks an acre pond. You are surrounded by lawns, open fields and hills with a small barn across the road from you. The pastures support horses, cattle, sheep and chickens in your neighborhood. The ponds are both great for fishing, and the large one for swimming and canoeing as well. There are trails through the woods and logging roads to be explored on foot or bike. Sunnybrook Farm

It's a very flat site with easy road access and has 30 AMP electric service and we can provide potable water to fill up your tank. Again water is available. Our farm is very rural but close (2 miles) to interstate 89 with a well stocked country store in town. It's a quiet setting near the gardens and a small stream.
