Weekend Trip to Del Rosario Family Vineyard

This place is truly a hidden gem! The host, Renato, is a wonderful guy — so welcoming and full of knowledge. It’s peaceful, quiet, and the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. My dog, Sebastian, was absolutely thrilled to be there and had such a great time exploring. One of the highlights was going wine tasting with Renato. Hearing his story and learning about his passion for winemaking made the experience even more special. And the wine? Hands down the BEST wine I have ever tried — absolutely exceptional! At night, the stars are mesmerizing, creating a magical atmosphere you don’t often find. The property is well-equipped too, with access to water and a clean portable toilet, making the stay comfortable and easy. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back!

It was a beautiful area. At first we thought it might be noisy but it wasn’t! We had the spot closest to creek. We weren’t there much but felt comfortable leaving our rig during the day and so quiet at night. We would stay there again!

This has been one of my fav. Spots I've found on here. The road getting to the spot is not great be warned (I drive a rav4 with all terrain tires) BUT it's worth it! Just go slow and you'll be OK. Beautiful sunset and gorgeous views all around. Loved it!

My wife and I had an amazing stay on Marks land. It was relaxing, well set up, spacious, and close to so many great places. Just a 20 minute drive to Leavenworth and a couple miles from fish lake and lake Wenatchee. We enjoyed relaxing by the firepit, hiking in Leavenworth, and fishing at fish lake. We'll be coming back!

What an amazing view! Breathtaking. Chris and Jennifer were wonderful hosts. We are new trailer owners and Chris was easy to approach and helpful with some of the issues we ran into. We went in early Spring, so the wind was pretty fierce. But don’t let the wind or weather deter you- just bring an extra layer and don’t miss this view.

We enjoyed our stay @ the vineyard! Renalto was extremely helpful, a warm welcome, and has a great space. The campsites are nice and roomy, not cramped next to other sites which is refreshing with two dogs joining us while we tented. There are no orchards left on the property but we are moving on with a vegetable and flower garden, goats, chickens and a llama. RV spot up to 40' with hookup for water, septic and power. Located above Wenatchee with open vistas of the Cascades. Nearest neighbor 1/4 mile away. Wenatchee is 12 miles away, 35 miles to the Gorge Amphitheater, 30 miles to Leavenworth and 45 miles to Lake Chelan. This is an farming area with cherry orchards 200 feet from the site. It is busy during cherry harvest (4th of July through end of July) with regular chemical sprays being applied by our neighbors from April through September so if you are sensitive to agricultural chemicals this site is not recommended. Also be advised we're on top of a mountain and can get quite breezy at times. Pets are welcome but should be supervised due to predators (primarily coyotes and various birds of prey). And the chickens, I have a friend raising chickens on the upper part of the property where they mostly just make routine chicken noises but there are some roosters that seem to be nocturnal which some folks can find annoying. We also have varying numbers of snakes as the weather warms up some years they are more prevalent than others (contact me if you are concerned for a snake report). On the bright side we don't have any wasps or mosquitoes. This site is available once the snow melts and the mud dries up, typically mid-March until it begins freezing on a regular basis which varies but not much past mid October.

Lots of large groups have reserved multiple or all sites for their large groups and for more privacy. However please keep in mind the place still needs to be cleaned up upon leaving. Private camp area close and easy access to Forest service road 4517 that has ATV, dirt bike and snowmobile trails in amazing Cle Elum's Little Creek and Granite Creek area. Can take ride ORV from campground to Forest road, but no trail riding in campground or surrounding gravel roads. Vehicles must have spark arrestors. Quiet and private for groups to hang out and enjoy the area, hiking, exploring, and enjoying the night sky. We often kayak at Easton State Park or at Cooper Lake and then come back to this private camp area away from the crowds. Huge parking and camping area where 10+ vehicles and RVs can easily drive to and park before heading out on the trail or use as a base camp to enjoy the peaceful mountains around you and explore are area around you. You will enjoy the peaceful hills and unobstructed views of a stary night sky. No electrical or water hookups. This is not a KOA, it's a very private rough campground area with beautiful views. There are no manicured lawns, but lots of rocky areas and often wildlife walking about. Deer and turkeys often are seen and grasshoppers when its warm. Forest Road to campsite often is bumpy with good sized potholes. This is for the adventurous Hipcamper that appreciates the bumpy dirt road. Your Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla won't get you here. Cell service is limited. But it is so worth it. Come relax and enjoy the views of the Columbia River and the North Cascades. Plenty of sunshine with epic sunsets, our property is where you come to unwind and soak in the sun when the east side of the Cascades is socked in with clouds and rain. If you want to explore the area, it's about a 10-minute car ride to the Columbia River and 20 minutes to Chelan and all that is offered there. Our favorite activities when we visit are to listen to the birds chirp and take in the surroundings. There are several lava rock piles that speak to the long and volcanic geological history of the area. We also really enjoy walking the dirt road on the ridge. It provides some of the most incredible views in the area. The dirt road section over the ridge can be a little rough and dusty and it's recommended that guests have a medium clearance vehicle, such as a Subaru Outback. However, a guest once drove their Honda Civic down to the site, so it really depends on your comfort level. If in doubt, just ask! We have a security camera on site we use for wildlife sightings and to check the weather. If the idea of having the camera bothers you, feel free to place a blanket or some other type of cover during your stay. We can also turn the camera to only face the entrance. Just let us know. Please respect the surroundings and others' property. There are several other vacation cabins in the area and everyone enjoys their peace and quiet. We provide a privy for guests to use, but be prepared to pack out waste in case it doesn't meet your standards. We try to keep it clean and stocked with TP, but we can only get out to the land every few weeks. If you're looking for peace and tranquility, Sagebrush Hollow is the place for you.

River Recreation's Basecamp

Ask about Leavenworth Oktoberfest transport to and from the Oktoberfest! Stay at a fully-functioning whitewater rafting riverside basecamp! We offer tent camping on-site, as well as group sites. We have a small area, but most of it is shaded and right by the river. Learn more about this land: Come camp near the river at a fully-functional whitewater river rafting basecamp!! Our group-style camping area is ideal for small groups of people or couples. We have a total of 4 spots. Spot #1 is our largest spot, suitable for 4 or 5 two-person or three-person tents. Spot #2 is a bit smaller, ideal for up to 3 medium-sized tents. Spots 3 and 4 are suitable for two small to medium-sized tents. Camp spots are next to each other, so there's not a lot of "wild forest camping" here. We refer to it as urban camping. Please be aware that there is some traffic noise in the area, as we are located near Highway 2. There are also picnic tables in the camping area for all campers to use as well as several hammocks.. Access to the river is very nearby. Weekend camping is limited, and you may occasionally hear the sound of a train whistle. WiFi and a fire pit are included, as well as on-site port-a-potties. There is a large communal fire pit, but no individual campfire pits; however, the option is available to bring a propane stand-alone fire pit. Fires are allowed in April, May, and June; the fire ban starts on July 1st due to wildfire concerns. No smoking and children are OK as long as they are kept under control. Our property features potable water, on-site outdoor showers, and a foot-operated hand wash station. Our camping area is somewhat small and does not have grass, but it is graveled. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other campers by keeping your music at a low to medium volume. Please bring a photo ID and a credit card to complete our camper registration form. Additionally, we are a river rafting company, so we may not have anyone present when you arrive - don't worry, we are likely on the river and will return soon! *** Please message before booking to ensure we are a good match***
