We have a beautiful 20 acre lake. It's 60 ft deep with crystal clear water and is great for swimming and fishing. Kayaking welcome too. We also have a couple other ponds available for fishing as well. We raise fresh water prawn and bluegill in the summertime, so late september we have fresh shrimp available. Lots of waterfowl and deer here to see.

We purchased the property as a foreclosure five years ago, and have been remodeling ever since. The property is located close to all the city amenities we love, but still gives us the privacy we wanted.

This land has been in our family for 7 generations and our children are now the 8th generation to call this farm home. We are homestead farmers and manage our land full time with certified organic vegetable gardens, CBD hemp crops, cattle, pigs, and poultry. Our farm consists of 188 acres of pristine, natural, rolling hills, woodland hollows and spring fed streams. 100+ acres of open hayfields and pastures and 80+ acres of diverse hardwood forest.Our homestead house and barns are over 150 years old with a few modern structures added to the barnyard. The historic Minksville Church is on the far end of the farm and was built by Holly's ancestors.

Paradise

This is retired farm in the middle of nowhere.  We have a lake that is stocked with trout, catfish, bass and whatever else is in there.  The lake is catch and release only.  Fee for fishing. This is a place for people that want to enjoy nature and not have several people camping next to them.  This is not a campground with a lot of people, sometimes you may be the only people staying there.

Hike in woods, basically enjoy nature. We have wooded areas and open field areas to explore.  Great place to get away from the world and relax.  No utilities or restrooms available.  Cell phones only work in limited areas.
