Welcome to Monument Glamping! Nestled between Denver and Colorado Springs, we're thrilled to be your hosts on this enchanting glamping journey. Since 2019, we've been sharing our slice of paradise with fellow adventurers like you. Our goal is to provide a safe and relaxing semi-outdoor experience on our beautiful creekside property. The 2024 season offers five glamping tents and seven container home units, all perfect for a romantic getaway. Some options also accommodate kids, dogs, or friends. Here’s what we offer: 1. Container Homes (cabin-like, most premium) – Positioned for breathtaking creek valley views, each unit features a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and flushing toilet, plus a fully furnished deck with a propane grill and fire pit. Best of all, each container home includes a private hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Choose from three venues. 2. Luxury Tents (premium camping, fully on-grid) – Experience nature with top-tier canvas tents featuring queen beds, plush bedding, and cozy seating. These tents are our highest-quality tents on the property and include private hot tubs and bathrooms. Available year-round (winter, too!). Choose from two venues. 3. Creekside Tents (safari canvas, off-grid amenities) – Enjoy the rustic charm of our creekside safari tents with fitted queen beds, a sitting area, and an open-sky backroom featuring a spigot-fed bathtub and camping toilet. Fishing and wading in the creek are allowed just outside your front deck. Open April 1 through Thanksgiving. Choose from three venues. Our standard extras include additional vehicles, extra guests, propane service, early arrival or late checkout, and pet accommodations. Elevate your stay with enhancements like our Romantic Surprise, Colorado Cookout, Private Hot Tub, and Homemade Wine/Kombucha Tastings. With advance notice, we’ll create a memorable experience for you and your loved one. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. We respect your space while ensuring an unforgettable stay. Drop us a line anytime – communication is key, and we're always here to help. So, dear Hipcampers, get ready to write your chapter of Monument Glamping’s story. Okay-False advertisement.
This place was not as advertised.. We weren’t too impressed and they advertised that a propane fire pit would be available at site.. there was no fire pit and there was no tent pad. It was a complete bust. We ended up sleeping in our car.. basically paid $75 to park our car on the property.. The positive, great spot for star gazing, we saw 2 shooting stars in a span of 20 minutes.

This isn't Glamping or Camping.
The entire area has been developed with homes. It feels like it is being deceitful that they don't show it in the pictures.

Incredibly Disappointing
Our experience was incredibly disappointing. Instead of a peaceful retreat in nature, we found ourselves in someone’s backyard with the “view” being newly built tract homes, which offered a variety of construction sounds throughout the day. They were quite meticulous with the angles of the sites to hide the fact that you were simply in their backyard next to other houses, a power line and a water waste facility. The "creek" was a huge letdown, and to top it off, trains passed all through the night, keeping us awake. We all tried our best to be optimistic and enjoy our time since we had been looking forward to it. As well as paid $450. It was so bad that we ended up leaving after the first night. The cherry on top was the bad communication. We messaged the host with a simple question about the bathroom, and it took them 24 hours to respond. When we messaged them again to say we were disappointed and leaving early, they didn’t respond at all. The yerts were nice, the homemade wine was pleasant and friendly cats were the highlight of the trip (though I’m not sure people with allergies would agree), but the overall experience felt deceitful. The photos need to be updated to reflect the reality of the location. I’m not sure how new the development is but it’s unacceptable not to be upfront about it. I’m very suspicious that no other review talks about these things

Very Strategic Pictures
The tent was nice the bed seemed nice but the location is not that nice you are overlooked by a suburb. We ended not staying the night since we were so disappointed with the location.
