I'm always happy to show folks around and share the story. Please note: During the rainy season the grass may get a bit long at times. You can also expect to experience a wide variety of agricultural activities, outside of quiet hours of course. Born out of a dream that started 10 years ago when I acquired 40 acres of forgotten and unmanaged rural woods. Having dug right in with the help of the Florida Forestry Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS and a very knowledgeable private forester; we developed a conservation management plan to restore it to its native state. The neighboring land became available and happily added another 40, I've learned so much on this amazing journey. 25K pines and a great deal of sweat equity later, it is time to share and encourage others to join in on the conservation efforts and make sure it's around for future generations.

We will love monthly rentals. I learned to swim in the spring just down the road. When pulling into the property turn just in front of the 5 rivers adventure airboat tours blue sign. DO NOT TURN unless you turn into drive way on left. if you go strait on wacissa springs road you will be able to turn around. Turn by hipcamp signs. Has 50 amp hookups so you will need an adapter for 30 amps. Water and septic available. We aren't picky on spots all four are pretty much the same so if you show up just park in any spot you want. I have 5 but only advertise 2!

The farm's infrastructure is still present today, and we’ve started to uncover it after 20+ years. Purchased in 2023, Our new farm will provide a place to learn about sustainability as we practice being a good steward of the land. The backbone of the farm. We aim to serve the growing interest in ECOtourism & AGRItourism, by educating the public with farm tours. It’s an upclose experience to help hand feed the whole herd, collect eggs and learn all about our special animals and see all the unique personalities we have here on the farm. If you are real adventurous you can help around the farm!!! LOCATION- We are located in northeast Tallahassee and only about twenty minutes from FSU stadium - straight shot! We love to host parents and students! Great weekend getaway! ***We also offer primitive camping sites as well in The Orchard area. No electric at campsites. WATER is available. *Need room for more occupants?? See optional add-ons for rental tent/screen rooms we will set up to allow for additional occupants at our units. Or pay small tent fee to bring your own and place near your site. KITCHEN- *We have a small outdoor kitchen area with grill, griddle, stove, utensils, and picnic table. Basic cooking supplies are provided in your unit (oil, salt, pepper, etc) basic cookware, utensils, disposable and washable cups and plates. You are welcome to pick from the garden when its complete. There is also a common area, to eat and hang out. We will soon have a community fire pit for all to enjoy. BATHHOUSE- In the Homestead area we have a small rustic community bath house with a hot shower and a running toilet. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels provided. The Primitive Orchard area has cold water faucets and compost toilet. Both bath houses are close to all overnight areas. CHECK IN/Check-out time may be flexible depending upon concurrent bookings! We ask that you clear your campsite by 11am, but you are welcome to spend the remainder of the day hanging out with the goats, riding or just relaxing. Check in time is 2pm or later. Unless you are a returning guest please arrive before 7pm. (ALL late arrivals must be approved ahead of time, unless emergency.) I want to make sure everyone knows it happens! We love our domes and tents, but you should know this isn't an apartment in the city :)

Corbin's Folly

Located in Panacea Florida along the forgotten coast with fishing both salt and fresh water nearby. Panacea, "a solution or remedy for all difficulties or diseases." has a great history and once hosted a large hotel with Mineral Springwater. This is a perfect place for fishing, hiking and eco tourism. PLEASE be sure to contact me before your visit! I have a google my maps area map that has many locations and activities surrounding the area detailed. There are many day trip things to do and fantastic restaurants nearby. Gulf Specimen Marine Lab and Aquarium is less than a mile away with touch tanks for the kiddos and there are sharks, sea turtles, octopus and most every creature you'd find in the gulf of Mexico to view as well. They have touch tanks and an experience unrivaled by any Aquarium anywhere. When I volunteer there building exhibits and working on infrastructure I camp on the site. Mineral springs seafood is on the north edge of town and they offer both fresh seafood, smoked fish, fish and crab dips that people drive hundreds of miles for. The famous Wakulla springs is 30 min. close where many films were made sporting a lodge built with art deco influences and native American cultural embellishments, plus glass bottom boat rides and swimming in crystal clear water. Alligator point is just across the Ochlocknee bay bridge. St George Island and Apalachicola are less than an hour drive. Tallahassee state capital is about 35 min. north. There is a bike/ walking trail that interconnects all these areas and they are currently finishing the phase that directly connects Panacea which passes the campsite within a block. There are a multitude of fishing piers and boat launches in the surrounding area within a mile and further out. The street is quiet with little traffic and its just off the main road enough for you to have ease of access to all Panacea has to offer. The star gazing is incredible. There are Osprey and Eagles that inhabit undeveloped ocean marsh and woods to the south. All neighboring sites East and West are undeveloped so you basically have an entire area to yourself. There is a fire pit and plenty of room for multiple tents. I ask only that you pack out what you pack in and not use glass containers as they tend to break and I love being barefoot. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I'm always open to suggestions for improvements and I want you to enjoy the place as much as I do. I'm working toward eventually having water and electricity and maybe some day a home in the air. Magnolia Mountain

Private campsite in the middle of the city! My family and I were lucky enough to find a four acre urban forest less than two miles from FSU, the Florida Capitol and downtown Tallahassee. And just a mile from midtown! We are welcoming tent campers to come experience camping in an urban forest. The camping area has a hot water shower and sink, and the main site (#76), is fully outfitted with fire ring, tent pad, fresh water, a picnic table and plenty of hammock trees! The camp area has space for up to 6 tent campers and cars. All sites share the shower and sink areas and a pit toilet. Sprinter style vans (UPDATE 10/22) - We successfully had a Sprinter Van on the site and have now started accepting booking for that style van. Due to limitations on space and clearance, we can only allow vans with a max of around 10 1/2' tall and 23' long. This is equivalent to a Sprinter 170. We can not fit RVs or extended wide bodies conversions. Pets: Pets on leashes are allowed on the property. Guests with aggressive animals will be asked to leave.

This property is a Rural Riverfront oasis! Located directly on the Withlacoochee river shore with direct Riverfront views. Our area of the river is great for fishing and swimming. We are very close to the blue springs state park swimming area with the largest magnitude spring in our area. You can access Blue Springs park with a short tube ride down river or drive around on the road in under two minutes. We have a low access point perfect for getting in the water to swim or launch your kayak directly on property. ATVs and side-by-side’s are welcome in our community. There are plenty of areas to ride around and explore. If you are bringing a boat, Lee boat ramp is a short drive away. You can easily drive your river boat up the river to the property. Excellent fishing awaits you. Our area of the river is sparsely populated and is relaxing and tranquil. We have a dry and high ridge area set up for camping in a tent or RV. Full 110v power hook up with 50amp service too. There is a lovely 6 foot swing that overlooks the river. Large handmade steel fire ring for your use. This is the beautiful wild coast of Florida's "Big Bend." Located halfway between Perry to the north and Steinhatchee to the south, Keaton Beach is an outpost town with a laidback, relaxing atmosphere. No motels, no fast food. The wild, natural public beach has a shaded picnic area, restrooms, a boat ramp and a 700-foot fishing pier. These are prime scalloping waters from mid to late summer, and the area is famous for year-round fishing. We recently bought this property with an old hunting cabin owned by a well known baseball coach. The cabin is currently transformed into a residence. We have 4 RV spots available in the front of the property.. Only an 8 minute drive to the sandy swimming beach of Keaton Beach (see pic above) or 20 min walking distance to Adams Sunset Beach. Stop by on your way to South Florida or up north. We do not have a maximum stay.. We have 50/30 and 15 amp sites available. 2 back it, 1 drive in, 1 pull through site. 2 sites are full hook up, 1 site 50 amp electric and water. 1 site 20 amp electric only.
