First stay with Hipcamp and it was definitely a cool experience. The tent is very cool. It's suspended between 3 trees a few feet above the ground. The middle of the tent floor unzips and that's how you get in and out. It is covered by a rainfly (this trip it was much needed) but you can unzip the windows on all three sides.
There was a fire pit, a covered picnic table, and an outhouse. The hosts even supply some basic cookware, cleaning supplies, and water jugs.
During our stay it rained a majority of the time so that was a bummer but the tent kept me and my daughter nice and dry. The listing mentions some hiking trails but I did not see any listed trails on Trail Forks or Strava. So some trail maps would be nice, where we wandered we ran into a deer blind and turned around at that point.
Overall we did enjoy our time and definitely would consider doing it again.
