When to go

The ideal time to visit Waterson Point State Park is between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day when the park is fully operational. Outside of these months, the park's facilities may be limited, so plan your trip accordingly to make the most of the boating and fishing opportunities.

  • Remember to bring proof of rabies inoculation for your pets as it may be requested by park staff.
