Enjoy the manicured landscape, horses grazing in the pasture, and from July to October enjoy picking cherries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, and apples. We are 7min from I-84 and 7min from Twin Falls and its many attractions: Perrine Bridge, Snake River Canyon, Centennial Park, Shoshone Falls, Dierkes Lake. Enjoy local wineries and farm to table restaurants nearby. We allow dogs and horses! Our property is not fenced for dogs. Dogs to be well mannered or leashed during your stay. For RVs / Travel Trailers - - Our primary site has water and full 50amp service. We are able to provide a converter for from 30 to 50amp for this spot. - Our secondary spot is a covered RV Bay with water and 30amp service. This spot is large enough for the tallest 5th wheels and your slide outs. - Utilities are $35/night. We do not allow generators. For Tent / Car Camping - - Our primary spot for tent camping is on the front lawn, alongside the house. - We have a 1/2 bathroom with a toilet and sink available We are a private home, not a public RV park or campground, which means we, the owners, live on the property and occasionally work here during the day, including in our shop where the shared half bathroom is located. While this bathroom is a shared amenity, it is not a requirement for us to provide it. We offer several spots for our guests and may host more than one party at a time. Arrivals are flexible, allowing guests to arrive at their convenience. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, relaxing country stay for all our guests to enjoy equally. We ask that each guest be mindful that, because the bathroom is in the shop, the shop may occasionally be in use for property maintenance as needed. We also ask that each guest be respectful of others who may be staying with us. If at any time your stay does not meet your expectations, please don't hesitate to call us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Site can accommodate multiple trailers, it does have two RV power hookups equipped with both 30 and 50 amp breakers, but to use both hookups you must pay for the two sites available. There is only once hydrant with city water, with a splitter so it accommodates both RV spots. Location is about 0.8 miles from the center of town where you can enjoy multiple restaurants, shops, coffee shop, wine tasting, bars and the grocery store. We live in a quite neighborhood surrounded by beautiful farmland. There is very little noise and traffic and the night sky is amazing!!We're located one mile from US-93 and 10 minute driving distance to Twin Falls for fun shopping, great bars and restaurants, and historic hotsprings within the area. Just a mile up the road are the fish ponds, a great place to explore and get the catch of the day or head down to the Snake River for more water related opportunities. There are nice parks nearby and great opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, ATV and dirt biking, biking and running trails, boating, kayaking, rock climbing, skiing or snow boarding. There is excellent outdoor recreation any season of the year. The great Snake River canyon is 2 miles away with nearby Nationally Recognized Shoshone Falls, the Niagra of the West, with a drop of nearly 500 feet.We truly live in an amazing part of the world! Nearly every day of the year you can watch the BASE jumpers from the Perrine bridge, one of the only legal places in the country. You name it, you can do it here. We're only a few hours from Yellowstone National Park and historic Sun Valley is 90 mins north or the famous City of Rocks rock climbing area can be found south of here.About 45 minutes to an hour north of here is Craters of the Moon National Monument for some excellent caving hiking and exploring.We use this area for storing vehicles or riding toys so please be respectful of our homes and the neighbors.

Horses, dogs, cows, and a wide variety of birds are a given to be seen but you might get lucky and catch a glimpse of antelope, mule deer, elk, or even a moose.Learn more about this land:Pitch your tent at Cottonwood Ranch in O'Neil Basin. Family owned and operated the 30 mile long dirt driveway is well worth the trip. The RV and campsites are located adjacent to the barnyard area. It is a very laid back, non- fancy, rustically ranch atmosphere. We invite you to share in what we call home and make your self at home during your stay. There are full service RV spots and available camping sites to pitch a tent. RV sites are $40/night and camping $20/night. The headquarters of the ranch is surrounded by private meadows used for livestock and wildlife throughout the year. Cottonwood Creak meanders along side the corral down through the heart of the meadows. Irrigation ditches run close by the camp sites which makes for a fun splash pad for the kiddos. Access to the wilderness trail-heads varies upon direction of drive, the longest perhaps a 1 1/2 hr drive to the boundary looking out across the Jarbidge Peaks. There is also miles upon miles of 2-track roads that traverse the foothills ideal for ATV use.Horses are usually wrangled out of the meadows everyday for various ranch work but you would have a chance to view the horses while in the corral. Upon inquiry during your stay there might be other activities going on such as helping feed orphaned calves, pet a horse, livestock sorting, etc.Dogs are a big part of the ranch. Most of the resident dogs are working livestock dogs border collie mix type dogs. They are all very friendly.

There’s also a great new swimming pool and park to visit with a playground. We are also located 15 minutes away from the world famous City of Rocks National Park and Castle Rocks National Park. We have beautiful sunsets almost every night. We also are 10 minutes away from the Oakley Reservoir which has great fishing and kayaking there’s plenty of mountain roads to adventure on and see wildlife.
