Nice place to stop for the night
31 ft Class A · With pets ·
We stopped here for one night, and it was just what we were looking for...a quiet, private place to sleep for the night. It's down a dirt road, so it was far from civilization. We had a nice grassy area, under some trees for shade. We were able to run the generator all night without bothering anyone. My dogs had plenty of space to walk around. Would definitely stay here

BEST Boondocking Location Ever
28 ft travel trailer ·
Best hipcamp spot we've had so far. Dogs off leash safely, very private dirt road, easy to access with a total of 50 feet of rig. A large amount of trails for off roading. SUPER EASY TO FIND! Google maps doesn't quite get you there, a few hundred more feet and you'll see the blue trailer. We got there in the pitch black no problem. Easy access to Walmart and The YMCA to shower only 15 minutes away. Bring your own everything, this is really a boondocking spot, perfect for us. Generators allowed too!

Hard to find and loud neighbors
Overall it’s cheap and it’s a place to setup for a night. Although, It’s a little hard to figure out where you can actually setup. One of the long term renters on the property was supposed to meet us but never showed up. We also didn’t get any support from the owner. The owner of the site apologize for not being able to answer any of our messages. He did say that he broke his phone and didn’t get the new one till the next day after we had already packed up and left. We drove around and finally someone near there that told us where we could set up. One of the neighbors decided to rev his engine on some truck all night until 10:30pm, then decided to start again at 7am. Plus the same truck came and went right by our campsite every 30 to 40 mins all night as well. That was the only bad part and would have been a great place to camp if it wasn’t for that. Make sure you come with everything you need because there is nothing there. It said potable water on site but we couldn’t find any. I did have 7 gals with me and that was plenty but make sure you are prepared or ready to drive down to the gas station. I personally like primitive camping and it was just fine by me.

I would love to review this land, but I never found it. The instructions were useless in the dark where i couldn't make out a "blue trailer on the right" from any other structure. I only found one gate but that wasn't the correct one. I texted the landowner but I didn't get a response so I went to a truck stop for the night. The landowner texted me back at 3 or 4 in the morning but it was pointless by that time.
