1.3 acre property hidden in small town Glencoe, AL. Beautiful tall pines enclose this beautiful site in front of an old public cemetary plot thats rarely visited but has a pathway through the woods for exploring. Our family lives on the property as well but theres plenty of room to pitch a tent, bring your camper or skoolie and we will eventually have a Skoolie Bus Hipcamp to stay in soon. For now, theres a nice space for a campsite, it could fit 2 tents, a camper/skoolie, fire circle and some privacy and the graveyard is free to explore.Graveyard Site is situated on a hollar in the Northeast Alabama Hills, there is a cemetary to visit in walking distance behind the campsite and a gated private cemetary across the driveway of the campsite. Amenities include full use of the walking path in the woods that leads around the cemetary woods and back to our property/campsite. There is a fire ring for your use as well as a zipline for use of adults or children at your own risk. Features a fairly private off grid camp spot basically in a cemetary with a short drive to downtown Gadsden AL and the Coosa River, Nearby Hokes Bluff and Noccolula Falls to visit. Our Kayaks can be borrowed for an extra fee. Bus and campers welcome but please message first to touch base if thats the case so we can make sure to accomodate your rig up our driveway. We can tell you our 1994 International Skoolie Bus can make it up the drive full loaded no problem and we have a backup driveway in case.
