This is a small ranch that im slowly developing, off grid so no facilities. Currently only 4 spots to camp. 1 spot that can accommodate a good size RV. The other spots i wouldn't go any larger than 25'. Plenty of tent camping space. The property is about 5 miles off the pavement about 25minutes drivable with most vehicles but can be a bit wash boarded at times Lots of hiking near by. Great place to ride your sxs from. The town of seligman is right on Rt66, Grand Canyon not to far. Williams is about 50 miles or so...
