We moved to this property after a year of searching for the perfect piece of land. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature. The more we fell in love with the peace and quiet of the desert, the fresh air, and the breathtaking view of the stars at night, the more we wanted to share our oasis with others. We love camping and wanted to be surrounded by others who love it as much as we do! We know some people prefer pitching a tent and complete solitude while others prefer a getaway with a really comfy bed and all the comforts of home! Whether you prefer to camp and would like hundreds of acres to yourselves or you would prefer to glamp in our private 80-acre tiny house village, we are here for you! Choose your adventure! Learn more about this land: Our land is surrounded by gorgeous mountain views and natural desert landscape. With plenty of surrounding vacant land and walking paths to explore, you will never get bored of the scenery.  Get away from neighbors and stretch out as you'll have acres all to yourself. As if the daytime views aren't breathtaking enough, the sunsets light up the sky in cotton candy to bright tangerine hues and magnify the beauty of the mountains. The night sky sparkles with stars and constellations as we are a dark sky community with very minimal light pollution for miles. The sounds of the desert and wildlife help you to get the deepest sleep as there is very little man made noise in our area. You can hike, dirt bike, bring your off-road vehicles, explore our property and rock hound for as many quartz as you can carry! You may even catch a glimpse of some wild horses, cows, bulls, birds, hawks, jackrabbits, and roadrunners! Nearby attractions include Keeylocko Cowtown (self proclaimed historic town just acres away with a old western vibe and bar), Kitt Peak Observatory, Saguaro National Park, Old Tucson, and Downtown Tucson. If you are new to camping, we can also help provide you with some of the necessities you may have forgotten for a small additional fee (chairs, water, tents, blankets etc). We encourage you to ditch your phone and enjoy nature while you are here. You wont want to miss these views! ** Please let us know if you do not have 4-wheel drive and will be towing a trailer, if you have large RV, or a car that doesn’t manage well on dirt roads. We have multiple campsites with different accessibility and want to help you find the perfect spot for your vehicle!

The Farmhouse: Dark Sky Glamping
We had so much fun. Bethania was a wonderful hostess. Everything was prepared for us including farm fresh eggs from resident chickens. We rented the ATVs which were super fun. Great get away - place to unplug. Ranch dogs ❤️❤️❤️

Dark Sky Camping
Cowboy Getaway
the "lale" site is an excellent and secluded camp site! a bit warm at the end of May but still very nice. very breezy and super cool to see the dust devils blowing through the area! the nights are cool and comfortable. we slept with the rainfly off the tent to watch the stars! Bethany and Brian were amazing hosts and we're super accommodating!! my toddler and I had a blast roaming around and exploring the area. there is more than enough space for a small or large group and the picnic table and fire pit are convenient! Definitely get old western feelings when sitting around the campfire in the middle of the desert at night!!

The Farmhouse: Dark Sky Glamping
We only know the Farmhouse, so we know nothing about roughing it. We were very comfortable. The dogs are adorable but were somewhat underfoot when I was out in the pitch black night looking at the stars. My camera flashlight was insufficient so I recommend bringing a powerful flashlight. Four wheel drive proved unnecessary but our truck’s high clearance helped. All in all, a most enjoyable weekend.

The Santa Fe: Dark Sky Glamping
A comfortable, remote stay.
My husband and I chose the Santa Fe for accommodations while visiting the Saguaro National Parks (35 min and 60 min away). We were impressed with the remote seclusion of the property and the comfort of the tiny house. The little “backyard” was private and well-appointed for outdoor grilling or relaxing. Perhaps our favorite part of the stay was the three ranch dogs. They were so sweet and protective. The cabin itself was exactly as described and quite cozy. It rained a lot during our stay, limiting our use of the outdoor space, so weather may be something to consider when booking. The hosts provided ample directions and communication to help us get settled in. The drive includes some dirt roads, so be prepared for about 20 min of a rumble. I would highly recommend the property for a true getaway with a small group (or larger if you can rent multiple sites.)

Dark Sky Camping
Spectacular views
We loved camping on Bethania & Brian’s land with our camper. Picnic table, fire ring, and they even stocked us with firewood. The views were spectacular. Great time to camp, not too hot. Got a kick out of horses and cattle we saw out on a walk. Our dogs also had a great time exploring. Directions were simple and clear. Highly recommend, very peaceful and quiet.
