The RV Spot has two acres of open space. You can see the mountains to the east. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The Grand Canyon South Rim is 45 minutes away. The town of Williams is a ten minute drive away with shops and restaurants you can explore. Bearizona, Mountain Coasters and the Grand Canyon Railway are also conveniently close by.Back in to the RV Spot which is located on gravel and enjoy mountain views to the east. Sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the stargazing. A fire ring is there for use if there is no fire restrictions in place. The area has some cedar and pine trees with natural foliage. The 5 acre property is shared with a small Airbnb home.

This spot offered exactly what we were looking for. Fit our 30' 5th wheel no problem, hookups worked great. Amazing night sky views.

Very nice spot and welcoming host. Only downside was that you need to drive offroad for around 10 minutes to get there, but the dust trail was fine for our RV.

Our plans changed and we didn’t get to go, but I really appreciate how responsive LeAnn was. Maybe next year!

Host was wonderful! We arrived at night and were welcomed as if it was afternoon. Great site with electricity and water. Very quiet place!!

Super nice!
I wish the hookups were a little further into the site, BUT…. You do have the option to pull straight into or back into the site. You would just have to go off-road a tiny bit to get out of the site if you pull straight in. The terrain is pretty level and easy to get through with pretty much any vehicle. Everything worked flawlessly! Really enjoyed the Mountain Views, and I was lucky to make it out just before a mini blizzard! There is 50A, 30A and 20A hookup here. Really enjoyed having all of them to use for different things. Thanks for a great and affordable stay!
