A Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary At Sacred Springs, you’re immersed in a thriving ecosystem: River otters, beavers, and endangered fish grace our pristine waters. Deer, raccoons, bobcats, and coyotes roam freely, alongside occasional elk, coatimundi, or mountain lions. Birdwatchers can marvel at Black Hawks, falcons, eagles, ravens, and countless migratory species. This is a sanctuary alive with the rhythms of nature, where life flows seamlessly between the seasons. Witness Echoes of the Past The land at Sacred Springs holds stories of prehistoric cliff-dwelling communities who farmed and thrived here. From our campsites, you’ll see and hear the highway which traces this ancient corridor’s path, a living reminder of those who once traversed this historical route. Everything!
This place has been tended with love and a vision! Our hosts were absolutely paying attention to every detail of our access to privacy, comfort and beauty. The location is very special. Plan to arrive with time to luxuriate and wander. The hosts built sweet walking trails through this truly sacred land. There are chairs and kayaks for your every whim. Whimsical is the vibe. Fun. We really felt invited to pause and reflect. Do NOT forget to order the chicken eggs! Don’t miss out on this very sweet opportunity.

This is a must-stay if you're in the area, and particularly for people planning to go to the Wolf Sanctuary! Gary and Daren have thought of absolutely everything; The friendly greeting & loving touch on every piece of this property are clear indications of the peace held within the land itself. I simply cannot recommend this unique glamping experience & these hosts enough. You will not regret giving yourself the chance to relax and re-ground in this cozy little nook away from the world.

We really enjoyed sacred Springs. The hosts were very welcoming and we had everything we needed. It was a windy night so we couldn’t use our barbecue or fire pit but were able to cook our dinner on their grill and had a fantastic meal under the stars. We walked down to the creek and it was calm and peaceful and majestic. A great place to spend a few days and relax.

What a cool spot to camp out and explore! I can’t wait to come back when the weather is warm to really experience the little oasis they have created. You can just tell they put a lot of effort and love into it.

Fantastic time at Sacred Springs!
21 ft campervan · With kids ·
Spent two nights at Sacred Springs recently while my son and I took our first trip to AZ. Our first camping spot was here with Gary and Daren. They have put a fantastic amount of effort into the space they offer, and it shows! Very nice and super-clean bathroom, great shower, corn hole, and a great trail into the small valley behind their house that you can explore. They even have paddle boards and floats for the large brook/small river at the bottom of the valley! Gary was always super-fast to reply to any question we had, and they were both an absolute pleasure to speak to when the need arose. As one reviewer pointed out, there is a freeway not terribly far away - maybe a mile or so. We were not at all bothered by the sound, but admittedly we were sleeping in a campervan. That said, I don't recall the noise being obtrusive when we were outside the camper, even at the fire pit at night. (Speaking of - spring for the smores kit they offer, worth every penny!!)
