There is a large 12 ft x 30 ft cement patio to park next to with a 12 x 12 ft covered pergola on Site, dining seating and lovely views. Sunsets are amazing from here. We sit on 5 acres with walking trails and vista points. Across the street is Vasquez Park, and the town center is a 5-minute drive or a healthy walk. There are 3 restaurants to enjoy along with 2 bars, a liquor store and a 1950's style hardware store. Easy freeway access will get you to shopping centers in @ 15 minutes. These include Chase Bank, Vons Supermarket, Subway, 31 Flavors, Starbucks, Yum Yum Donuts, a Pizza Place. Costco is the next offramp up. The best of both worlds. The Beauty of a quiet, rural area only a skip, hop and jump to a shopping center. We are located in beautiful and rural Agua Dulce just off the 14 freeway. There is a beautiful pergola patio cover and comfortable table and chairs outside with the added bonus of a shaded, secure and new doggie kennel. Parking is easy access and right next to the site. The views are spectacular as we sit on a 5-acre hillside. Evening sunsets are lovely and since we live in an area without streetlights the stars are phenomenally bright. Hiking trails are everywhere, horseback riding is available at varies ranches in the area too. Wine Tasting rooms are just a 10-minute drive behind us at the Agua Dulce Winery. The town of Agua Dulce is charming and Instagram anticizing. There are 4 restaurants (Cowboy Tavern serving breakfasts, Maria Bonita's Mexican food, Big Mouth Pizza, Sweet Water Cafe with burgers and steaks, 2 bars, a 1950's style hardware store, a cowboy gift shop, liquor store and a vet., to name a few. It is only a block long so don't blink when driving there or you will miss it. Thank you fo considering us. We are 15 minutes by freeway to Costco, Chase Bank, Vons, Starbucks, 31 Flavors ice cream, Subway, Donuts, In n Out Burger, Denny's, Thai Food, more Pizza, another bar, 3 gas stations, etc. We are a half hour drive to amazing hiking at Devil's Punch Bowl, St Andrews Abby (monks in robes in a desert oasis with it's own lake and 75 year old trees, further up is Big Rock Creek with a river running down Angeles National forest, Mojave desert is about an hour east of us and Las Vegas is @ 4 hours away. We have snakes and coyotes, and road runners, quail, hawks and really big crows, to name a few of our wild life. Summers are hot and winters can be from the mild 60's up to the 80's. Once in awhile we do get dusted with snow.

We end up not staying at Paulette’s property. We tried to contact her by phone and messages at our arrival, but never got a reply back. There is a tree at the entrance of the property that has a branch that is too low for a tall RV to pass under and the dirt roads leading to the site are steep and have deep ruts. The views are nice, but the site is very dusty, and the pergola and chairs were covered in dirt and bird poop. The site could perhaps use a bit more maintenance. We would have tried to make it work if the host had answered our messages or calls. We ended up staying at another RV park in the area and unfortunately we had to pay again.

Camp Site was well described and easy to find. Connectors for hookup did work well. Did not meet the host, but we came late and left early. For us it was a nice first stay after picking up RV from rental station in LA.

I am a return camper on Paulette’s campsite due to Paulette’s warm hospitality, great views, and wonderful hiking right from the campsite. My dog and I enjoyed our vacation.

Peaceful setting
24 ft Class B
The natural view was beautiful. It was a gentle breeze, and the sun was out. You can’t deny the gorgeous location. I hate to be critical in anyway shape. However, there was bird poo on the cushions and they were so worn out. I didn’t even wipe the table off that was provided. Although we did sit out there for a bit. Her son was very accommodating and came down to guide us in and help set things up. We found another campground, a half an hour away that accommodated all of our needs and included a pool, cable, sewer, and Wi-Fi for less money. we did our best to accommodate her needs and delayed. Our stay, which I certainly didn’t mind doing. Everybody has their personal responsibilities. We left with no contact with anyone other than the son. And what you’re going for is complete solitude you will be very happy with this site.
