This property is located in a quiet canyon close to the Elkhorn Slough. The land faces south for plenty of sun. This hillside goes from 0%-15% slope allowing for good views out towards the ocean and slough. There is lots of wildlife for example deer, coyotes, bobcats, hawks, owls, turkeys and great blue herons. I have seen more wildlife on this property than I have camping at state parks.There is a large flat area to park and setup a tent. The view is west through the canyon towards the ocean. The flat field is hard ground that is easy to drive on. It is quiet, peaceful with very little light pollution. There is a small orchard to the west that my or may not have fruit. There is no bathroom or shower at this time. I plan to add amenities in the future.
