With beautiful flowers blooming and the weather warming up, it is a beautiful sight. This is a magical place that has plenty of outdoor activities such as river rafting, fishing, hiking trails, Redwoods, mountain biking, and more to enjoy and explore. On your travels also enjoy an amazing oven baked pizza or coffee at the lovely Strawhouse Resorts Cafe nearby!Come visit LaVerde House, where you can relax and forest bathe in this beautiful location of the Trinity Mountains. *NOTE: This property has security cameras on the premises. You will be right across from the 299 Highway and next to that is the Trinity River where you can fish, river raft, kayak and find mountain biking trails or other camp grounds to enjoy recreational activities. You will also be close to the US Forest Service Ranger Station in Big Bar that is 10-15 minutes going East from Eureka or West from Redding.
