Sign our guestbook in the "Handbook of the Recently Deceased." Snuggle with plush “Ghost with the Most” blankets and decorative pillows. Grab a Zagnut and cozy up to the fireplace with steaming mugs of tea to watch Beetlejuice on the huge HDTV! Just don’t step outside without permission, or the Sandworm might get you! **BEETLEJUICE ELEMENTS CAN BE REMOVED UPON REQUEST** FULLY WINTERIZED for all season camping. Kids will love the bunkroom with chalkboard, Roku TV w/hookups for gaming, closing door, USB charging ports, family friendly DVD's and games. Adults will appreciate ease of the staircase, the climate control, large bathroom, firm memory-foam King bed, Roku swivel TV in bedroom, horror movie collection, full-size refridgerator/freezer, Soda Stream and coffee maker. Pet friendly with wipeable surfaces including floors, countertops and kitchen couch. Stainless steel pet bowls and rubber mat included with rental. Cookware, basic kitchen essentials all included. There is plenty of storage, including closets in the master bedroom and a full-size pantry with coat hooks. The kitchen table easily folds down to sleep 2-3. Non-HOA neighborhood boasts kick-a** neighbors, plenty of parking, private and shaded outdoor seating area with plush cushioned seating, swing, trampoline and fire pit. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, Horsetooth Reservoir, Boyd Lake, Carter Lake, Lory State Park. Quaint mountain towns like Lyons and Estes Park. Attractions include Sylvan Dale Ranch, Budweiser Event Center. A short drive to Fort Collins with the quiet and reduced traffic of Loveland. Breweries, Museums, Parks, Trails, Lakes, Snow Activities, etc. A year round playground.Camp is separate from the main house, but owners are very accomodating- just ask. Pets and kids welcome. Private, secluded seating area and fire pit. Access to fenced backyard with trampoline. Fresh water and 30 amps provided. Grill provided on request at no charge. Basketball hoop. Sidewalk chalk. Hammock.

Beetlejuice RV Delightful!

Nicole was the most incredible host I never got a chance to meet. Camper was comfy and nice quiet neighborhood. She even sent us a list of haunted places in Colorado when we told her we kitschy stuff. And a lovely hand designed chalk welcome on the sidewalk. Made the perfect stop on our trip! Thanks, Nikki! 🥰
